I have been a Sony customer because I'm happy and contented with the products they have. Recently, Sony has made me happier and more satisfied with the new sony TV that I just purchased from Best Buy. This is the best sony TV that I have had. I never saw the issues that other customers have encountered with the same model of television which is a big bonus for me. Thanks Sony for providing your costumers best products that we can enjoy!

Excellent picture overall, very minor light bleed but to be expected given the slim edge lit design.

I have had a Sony tv for over 25 years and never had a problem with it and that is why I chose another Sony tv. It was time to upgrade to a smart tv. I am very pleased with our purchase.

Delivery was prompt, installation was easy. Picture is amazing. Smart features are easy to use.

I enjoy the crispness of the picture, sound is also nice. Size is not over powering for the room.

Great Tv with awesome picture quality and sound. We use it in the family room. It is a little smaller when mounted then it seemed in the show room but still satisfied with the tv. Will probably invest in a bigger version in the future.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the constant updates

TV has a great picture and I like the low profile mount. I had researched a different tv but am happy that I got this one instead, after talking with the sales associate who convinced me it was a good idea to go with a newer model.

We've had our Sony Bravia 3D 1080p television for a few years now. It just blows away our Samsung 1080p television that was in our bedroom. This new Sony Bravia television is incredible. We have re-watched a couple shows now just to see what we missed visually. The picture is absolutely stunning, especially for the price. The sound isn't bad, although I have my sound running through a Sony 4k receiver.

We love this TV, however the problem we have its that when we looked at it in the store, it was mounted on the wall. we were told it came with a pedestal stand, which was perfect for us as the only place we can put a TV this size is in a corner and not on the wall. We picked out a wooden corner TV table, only to find out that when the TV was delivered and set up its stand/feet are positioned on the end of the TV and can not be moved. there is no center pedestal stand in the middle as we were told. we are very limited on what we can put the TV on and are limited on space. had we known before purchasing, we would have selected another model with a pedestal stand. we were so excited to get this TV and have been looking for over a year, only to be disappointed with its presentation in our home.

The picture on this TV is magnificent. I was worried that once I brought it home and hooked it up the picture wouldn't be the same as in store. I was pleasantly surprised. If this thing also did the dishes I would give it 5 stars.

The picture and colors on this Sony are amazing. It has great upscale ability and detail. The only reason I gave 4 outta 5 stars is because the black scenes in a dark room are not so great but it's not a deal breaker at all.

Thus far the tv has proven to be an excellent choice. Great color and the picture quality is exquisite. The only thing I do not like is the remote control and I also think it should have came with the 3rd glasses.

For my first 3D tv, it's pretty cool. The overall picture quality is awesome especially having HD. One flaw is, when watching 3D or Netflix, it's a bit difficult putting the picture back to normal to watch cable.

I have no complain except for the auxiliary connections.

Tv is great for tv and sports. Nba 2k16 looks real along with all sports and call of duty. Tv looks alsome as well happy I went with Sony and not Samsung

I've bought and returned just about every different brand of Ultra HD 55 inch Smart TV and this one stood apart from all the others, it has all the bells and whistles that all the others do and more, and the biggest thing that set this TV apart from others (and something that they normally don't advertise) is that it runs apps from google play app store (2nd app store only to apple iTunes), and many other TVs have their own home-grown proprietary app store that NOBODY is writing apps for (None that are worth the time to download anyway)!!! This was huge factor in choosing the right tv and most un-talked about spec on Smart tvs. Tried and tested, Samsung, Vizio, Sony, and even LGs OLED for $3000 (which has most beautiful picture in the store "running the display output loop") but let it fool you, it unfortunately is one of the TVs with it's own garbage "LG App Sore" and the tv itself runs Ubuntu (not that Ubuntu is bad, just found it interesting that they chose that as their platform to run the most expensive 55inch TV on)
