I bought this tv just so I could have 4K and the fact that has sound control so the volume doesn't go during commercials is the best right along with the picture.

The price is right, the style and picture are also great. There is a slight problem at the edges with some uneven screen lighting. Most people may net even notice but once I saw the flaw, it was difficult to unsee it. The floor model also showed the same issue. Read multiple reviews.

Perfect size for our living area. Great picture and good sound quality. Had a little trouble recognizing auxiliary input devices, but worked fine after resetting.

We really like our new TV. The colors are beautiful. My husband is very happy with the motion on his sports shows. Things seem to be going well with the new TV.

I wasn't looking for this particular model or the features of this TV, but I am pleasantly surprised and impressed with the picture quality and performance.

This was not the tv we researched or were planning to buy when we went to Best Buy, the sales associate showed us this one as he thought it was a better tv for the money than the one we were looking at. In the store (Magnolia viewing room) it looked fantastic and was very impressive. We were sold. Once it was installed it's a good tv, just not a WOW, there are some light bleed issues and it's going to take a while to figure out all the adjustments to get it just right. I am wishing we had stuck with our original plan and got the Samsung. Again a decent TV for the price, just not super happy with it.

I followerd the advice of a Magnolia's room specialist and I absolutely love the quality of the imagen, the voice control and the sound. Highly satisfied!

This is the clearest picture we've had yet. TV is heavy for a flat razor thin screen. Sound could benefit from a sound bar. But it's still incredible!

This Sony is better than any tv I had in the past.

Well packed for delivery. Not too heavy to lift and set up on a stand. Sharp resolution, no noticeable glare. Minor inconvenience is that we couldn't install the frame to hold the sound bar (purchased separately) so couldn't attach it to the tv. Fortunately we had purchased a standing tv stand and the sound bar sits there.

We bought this TV based upon talks with Best Buy associate comments, were going for a Samsung, but was convinced to get the Sony. Installed it, its our first Smart TV. A little intimidating to set up, the quick set up instructions for the stand were not complete and it did not fit on our TV stand with the wide stance, but we were able to read the complete manual and found a third option that worked. AND then for a month we found our Wifi keep dropping, having to reboot it each and every day!!! Did a little research and found this a COMMON problem with Sony, some programing glitch that they have not fixed for what it seems like 4 years from the ages of the tech blogs. I finally disconnected the wifi and since I have Apple TV, did not need it anyway. But a real, real issue that sounds like Sony has no interest in fixing and many customers find Sony reps rude and unhelpful on this issue.

After 8 ears and 3 cross country moves, my old tv died. Time to replace it. I didn't want to spend a fortune and I had no need for the top of line. But I wanted to get something that would last. I use my tv primarily for my PS3/3 and watching old reruns, so 3-D was far from necessary. This tv was way more than I needed, but the value was so much higher than the next lower model. I've hardly scratched the surface on testing out the different features. With the possibility of streaming Netflix on it, I might actually start watching more tv.

The size is perfect. The 4K clarity is unreal and the 3D quality is amazing!! One of the most amazing pieces of tech I have ever purchased!
