this unit, in very thin and fragile feeling. the support legs are only installable on outside corners, even though instructions (not well written) showed pics of alternate placement to use on not so wide stands. Do your homework because sales associates may not be knowledgeable about every capability. I was told it would support google play and twc-tv. it did not so it went back.

Don’t spend 1,000 dollars in this TV.i bought it on June 2016 and now, after a bit more than a year, there’s a black line on the left side of the screen from top to bottom. And of course, it’s not under warranty because it’s more than 12 months. Slow OS, bad sound, a real disappointment. Never buying Sony again. It is a UHD 4K 3D.... Not worth the money.

The TV was easy to setup and start watching. Watching the NCAA Championship games was fantastic - love the high refresh rate. The colors are so real and the pictures have "depth" which make the scenes look like they are in 3D.

This Sony T.V. picture quality is really clear. Just waiting for AT&T U-Verse to offer the 4K technology.

The images in this Sony 55" 4k UHDTV are so crystal clear, you will be amazed. Sony's interface is very user-friendly making it easy to navigate through the many functions included in this model. Very highly recommended.

I like the TV use it for gaming only so it works for what I needed it for. I may buy another one soon.

I got this as an open box item. It was the floor model. It stands well with the competition. It looks sleek and the picture is great l. The os on the tv works well with Netflix and Vudu. I would def recommend this tv.

I was a bit skeptical with some reviews from earlier manufactured sets. Whatever was wrong appears to have been corrected. Great colors, no blocking issues. All around, a great tv for the price. Very happy and recommend.

Very poor set-up or operating instructions with the unit or on line. Neither Sony or Best Buy seemed interested in helping with problems getting the set to come on in the TV mode or getting the sound working with the receiver/sound system. Sony's reply disconnect power and reset the system. Best Buy's was spend the money and let us set it up for you.

Replacing an LED that was excellent but the 4K content streaming from YouTube is just Awesome. The TV does a great job upscaling cable, DVD and bluray. Looking forward to learning all the bells and whistles.

i found myself using the youtube app more than i thought i would use it. you can install xbmc from the google app store directly onto the tv which is nice and the reason i was looking for an Android tv

Very impressed with this tv. The interface looks slick and the picture looks fantastic. The only thing I wasn't fond of are that the legs are at the ends of the tv instead of having a base in the middle.

very good picture very good 3d white bleed on corners but only when dark picture so luckily the picture is in the middle of the screen I don't look at the corners always bought sony haven't let me down yet

Clarity and color depth are simply awesome. Once I found the feet that were well hidden in the box, it went right together in about 15 minutes. Recommend having a second person help makes it faster.

I don't like the white lighting on the corners, not sure if it's the TV or the way it is

This 55" 3D LED TV has an amazing, user-friendly operating system that will allow you to set up the picture and audio settings to your liking. It comes at a great price too! You will love it!

Read tons of reviews to make my decision and studied all different TV manufacturers and what they offered before buying and I know I made the right decision. I am very happy with my purchase!!!
