tv and accessories work great, everything expected

I love this tv. I've always been a fan of Sony tv's

4k TV purchased as a replacement for another 1080p Sony TV that crapped out after only a year (junk). Wasn't as clear as the last one and keeps restarting after opening YouTube. Ap interface was easy to use. But will be buying a different brand here on out

The TV is good. No complaints from this household.

We seen this model in store and liked how it compared to the other models that were on display. The worst TV I ever owned. Getting error messages, TV reboots while watching it. Even when the Best Buy Geek squad set up the Harmony remote they mentioned that Sony is screwing around with updates and messing things up. Even told me about problems that they are having because of it. Stay away from this model its not worth the aggravation. At least I purchased tech support for a few years maybe I should overwhelm them with problems and see if I can get this fixed or replaced.

Great tv just wish the picture was a little better

This tv offers a very large amount of settings. It has a beautiful design and solid stand. The tv does wobble some if bumped. Speaker quality is better than I expected. I rated it 3 stars because of the many awkward settings for picture calibration.

I got this Smart TV in May and it is working good without issues. The main thing i would complain about is the Sound. It is very low for a TV. I got a 5.1 Surround system to suffice the problem. Other than that its a good product from SONY

Sony - 55 Class (54.6 Diag.) - 2160p - Smart - 4k Ultra Hd Tv With High Dynamic Range - Black has a great picture, many features and is easy to use.

The picture quality is great; no pixelation and it even makes my retropie look great. Unfortunately the apps are terrible. They consistently fail to start on the first attempt and Pandora requires a restart after only a few songs.

I took this tv back and bought the 930D. The picture was hazy despite many adjustments. The 930D picture is fantastic. Should have bought it to begin with. Night and day difference.

Returned without opening after reading other reviews. The blacks are not black. Waiting on the new model which I might not buy because of sound issues. I really like Sony products though. For the money, I would like quality.

Got this home and watched a 4k disk. Picture is not as impressive as in the store. I will by a new HDMI cable, although the one i have was supposed to be acceptable. audio is weaker than Samsung. At 100% it is not very loud.

My last 2 tvs were Samsung HD smart tvs. I was very happy with them, but as a long time fan of Sony products I figured I'd make a change. In my opinion the picture is nowhere near a clear, clean an sharp as the Samsung.

This TV has an amazing picture and looks great on the wall. I was pretty impressed with the 4K + HDR display. The downside is that the Android TV service crashes constantly and even reboots multiple times a day. I spent hours on the phone with Sony Support the day i brought it home and ultimately exchanged the set with Best Buy. 2-3 days after the "new" one was home, it started doing the same thing. The picture is amazing, but I will not buy another Sony set with Android TV installed in it.

Tv is great. Only thing I recommend not doing is taking advantage of the 2yr free financing. You won't get any reward points. If I had known before purchasing, I would've just used my regular credit card.

The Sony 55" led TV is ok. The problem is the side lit screen. It can look like flashlights on the screen. Black levels are terrible.

Intermittently will not respond to remote or to certain functions on the remote such as changing channels or changing volume. I'm exchanging it for an LG.

Hate to say it but this TV came up short of my expectations. Maybe it was the difference in picture quality but I prefer the Samsung over the Sony sets.

This tv is nice but I’m a little disappointed with the horrible black levels (is basically grey) during darker scenes. And the blotchy light bleed is annoying as well.
