This has been the worst tv I have owned. The best buy reps advised to purchase this model. After about 3 weeks tv started force closing and lots of Google errors would just pop up when I'm watching shows etc....The tv also reboots on its own. I am still paying on this tv, and wish I never listened to the reps.

Awesome tv. Did a good amount of read each, and watched all the new product launches from CES. This was my pick and couldn't be happier. Great picture, super thin frame and pretty easy navigation/remote. Super happy about this purchase.

Not as expected quality . Normal performance for high price.

Got this as a graduation present. After 3 weeks, the display went out. We are now waiting for the Samsung 60" tv to be delivered. We have always had Samsung products, and will continue to do so. Sorry, Sony. Gave you one chance and you let us down. I would not recommend this product.

I had to return the same tv once already for a big white corner. The new tv is very glitchy. Have to unplug to get sound on. Major audio delays. Sound goes out all the time only way to get sound back is to unplug while tv. Very disappointed to have to bad Sony tv's from BB.

I absolutely love this TV. The picture is phenomenal and it has great features and is easy to use. My only gripe is the sound. Like almost all of the newest flat screens, the manufacturers are putting a premium on thin screens, which is leaving no room for decent speakers. The built in sound is just adequate for every day use, and below par for movie viewing. That said, this is true of most big screen LED tv's these days. I bought a Sony sound bar to go with the TV and have been happy with that. The TV itself is still worth every penny, but you better plan on buying some kind of external speaker for it. By the way, the sales people should be sharing this information with buyers BEFORE they get home and set these tvs up. It is VERY disappointing to set up your new $1,000 plus tv and have the sound disappoint right away.

Had this tv for about 3 weeks. Absolutely love it. Light bleed is definitely fixed on this model and I ALWAYS think SONY has the best picture quality. I purchased this based on the 5-star positive reviews. Will recommend to my friends whose looking for a ultra HD TV.

I bought my Sony TV Feb 2017 , paid over 1,000 and the picture has started flashing up and down the screen.. ,the focus is coming and going . I have always bought Sony TV's for years now and never a problem until now.

Not a very "smart" tv. Cannot get it to conmect to the internet and keep the connection. Purchased an ac1200 smart wifi router but that wont work with att. Returning product and will never purchase Sony again.

Felt the best buy staff oversold this 4K TV because 4K tech is not widely available and will not be any time soon for wireless or cable. And the picture without the 4K is worse then an HD TV.

I have had the TV for little more than 24 hours, and my first impressions are that this TV is pretty great. As for the pros, it produces a FANTASTIC 4K picture, and the HDR is excellent on this set, as well. The HDR quality on this TV is really the cherry on top with its amazing 4K quality picture. It adds an extra element of realism, and gives the picture a more vibrant, natural look. The colors are vibrant, and more realistic than the comparable Samsung model sets I've looked at, but to be fair, it could just be the settings. Either way, this TV delivers colors that are rich, vibrant, but aren't not over-the-top. There is zero motion blur with this TV. None. It's one of the best I have ever seen, and it DOES beat the Samsung in that department. If you're looking for a TV to watch sports on, or fast-action scenes in movies, this is the one you want. The sound on the TV is actually pretty good for straight out of the TV sound. It's not Bose surround sound quality, naturally, but it's certainly not terrible. If it's all you have to go on, it's certainly doable. And the TV stand is very well designed. It looks sleek, and it doesn't take up an obscene amount of room, or doesn't require a stand as wide as the dining room table, like the Samsung's. As for the cons, there are a few. The black levels are not that deep with this TV. If compared with the Samsung's, it gets beat in that department. If you're looking for pure black levels, jump up another $1000-$1500 to the OLED's. It's not a deal breaker, in my opinion, but if you're sensitive to this area, you might want to look at the Samsung. In addition, the IPS glow is pretty noticeable. Granted, this glow is existent in virtually every LCD/LED screen, but it is noticeable even more so than others, I have to admit. The only time you really notice it is on an entirely black screen, and in low-lighting situations. If you're in a lit, or semi-lit room, it's not so much of a problem. Backlight bleed, as I've read in other reviews, has been a problem on this model; fortunately, it's not an issue on the TV I have. It seems to me that this might be a case-by-case sort of thing. Overall, I'd give the TV an overall score of 4.6/10. In short, it does most things pretty well. The 4K picture is great, and the HDR is among the best in any TV set out there, and the motion blur technology is better than any I've seen. The things it doesn't do as well isn't to the point of being a deal-breaker, in my opinion, but you should be aware that other TVs do perform better in those categories. If you're deciding between Sony and Samsung, like I was, what it comes down to, is WHAT things you want done really well. Deep blacks vs. realistic colors, great motion blur technology vs. reduced IPS glow and backlight bleeding, etc. You can't go wrong with either one, but it does come down to a person's preference. This is a great TV. I'm not disappointed.

I had spent a few months reviewing I looked at many different TV's Samsung, LG ect.. and they all looked close to the same. The Rep (Yash/ Mike) at the store showed me the side by side difference between Samsung , LG and the Sony . This is what I loved about the Sony over the others "vibrant colors" HDR is also a big plus .The Fast motion capabilities of the the other brands we not even close . I have owned a few great TV's over the years. However this model is hands down far and away the best 4K HDR TV for the price available today .

I decided to buy instead of a Samsung to save a few bucks ended up returning 3 days later. Picture quality does not even compare to Samsung 8000 series.

It never felt like a new TV. It had issues since day 1. After a factory reset still had issues. I returned it and bought the Samsung 9 series.

I totally love this TV. Right out the box its easy to setup and Android TV is a huge plus and very user friendly. The cable management is also good when running all your HDMI cable behind the TV. Just put a cable tie and lay them in the middle of the stand. Color and motion is smooth and bright. Almost bought the Samsung JS8500 but this to me was a much better price and the specs are far more superior. Mind you it does not have 3D capability but to be honest its really just a gimmick and not a deal breaker.

Returned this TV immediately. Installed it brand new and every time there was a dark screen, a high pitch noise could be heard.

It has several problems with bluthooth and browser because it doesn't have one with sucks in a smart tv
