I bought this tv with my ps4 and I have enjoyed the crisp clear picture of 4K. I love all the features this tv has to offer with the android operating system!

Tv has an amazing picture. Works seamlessly with my other Sony products. Lots of apps to choose from. Even has a good picture with over the air tv stations!

After a lot of research, we went to the store and weighed all our options. The sales associate went above and beyond to help us. We ended up with the 55' inch and got a great deal for it. The picture is beautiful, the sound is amazing and it sits perfectly on the stand we also bought at Best Buy.

Got this for my room. Very nice picture quality and sound. Had an issue with TV loosing internet connection a few times which a reset fixed. Still annoying. Geek Squad went to check it out and did updates and a full reset which solved the issue. Other than that, love it.

I did extensive research before purchasing this TV and for the price I got it at, there was absolutely nothing better. 4K content looks amazing, 1080p upscaled looks great as well. The smart features work great. Picture setup wasn't difficult at all either. Note that this is also one of the only quality 2015 models that was completely judder-free in every type of video. That was a large decision in my buying choice.

After extensive exploration, during the Thanksgiving period, I finally decided not to go with blockbuster deals. Those deals are on products which are getting phased out of the market. Further, I found that many of the very well-established manufacturers are using their own funny terminology for physical characteristics like screen refresh frequency. I am happy I spent a little extra but got a solid T.V. I advise people to be very careful on what the firms are advertising and then decide.

Very Execellent tv for the price my humble opinion it's one of the best valued tvs out there with a great picture just make sure u get external sound the 10 watt sound is shallow

I pondered purchasing a cheaper LG prior to buying this sony... Side by side picture quality was similar until sports were displayed... Then the 120 refresh rate (real) of the sony beat out the 60 of the LG by far. This TV has crisp clean colors and, great contrast and strong blacks. The initial boot up off the TV was slow until the second software was applied which I am guessing optimized this. It's great now... comes right on no issue. The 4K quality is also great. The only con I have so far (and, it's not really remarkable but in the interest of transparency) is the sound. It's not really worse than any other LCD TV but, that doesn't mean it's good either. Poor range and not clear at higher volume. Wasn't a deal breaker as I was using a soundbar.

I have owned a Sony projection TV for 10 years and it went out. I went to Best Buys to buy a LG or Samsung because I thought I new what I was looking for. While I was there the sales associate showed me this TV and its features and yes the price. I was sold on another Sony TV.

I have been a loyal Sony fan for decades...so it did not surprise me that my 55 inch 4K Sony Bravia is all that it says. I have all the features I want with this smart Tv the picture is outstanding and my compatible Sony stereo delivers the sound to rock the house...LOVE IT

This TV has gone beyond expectations. DVD movies are much more vivid than the blu-ray disc that were played on my old HD...I am blown away!! I couldn't be happier with this selection. Definitely would recommend.

good picture quality, fast navigation, remote is a down though

Superb picture, and really easy to use. Love the remote with one touch button for Netflix, channels change fast, and it actually stays on a channel until you get to the one you want. Like all flat screens, sound is marginal and sounds like an AM radio, but that's normal. Sound bar a must and a great addition. Too bad Best Buy Store in St. Cloud has ZERO customer service. We got run over by salespeople stocking shelves, and not even a sorry or excuse me, nor anyone to help us. We literally waited 30 minutes for help, and just about left. Sony TV +5 Stars, Best Buy St. Cloud -1 star.

I purchased several 4K TVs and returned them. What some manufacturers call 120hz is their version of 120hz and turns out to be 60hz. This Sony is well worth it. You get more bang for your hard earned buck with this TV. This is 120hz with an excellent picture.

The picture is great, I like the center stand feet. They allowed to choose an existing chest to hold my TV rather than an additional purchase. The turn picture off feature is handy when listening to binaural beats or other music where viewing isn't involved.

This TV was a bargain. It gave me a great experience, lots of apps, lots of added items to make my TV experience top notch. The TV also did it at a wonderful price. The bast Value out in the market!

We had our last Sony tv for almost 9 years, and it still worked well, so we were convinced we wanted another Sony. We are very happy with this Sony. It has a beautiful, crisp picture, and is not distorted when viewing from an angle. Sound is also very good.

This is a great TV for the price. Crisp. perfect picture. Only complaint is that the color sometimes goes out of whack when new updates are installed and you have to recalibrate everything to get it perfect again.

I have been looking for a 4K TV for some time and after much debate between the Samsung and Sony. I got this TV (Sony) the day after christmas as a return for 100.00 less than the sale price listed. The colors don't seem as crisp as the Samsung but multiple sales personal had told me they had seen a much higher return rate on the Samsung for defects. The set up was very easy and we had it running like a champ within about an hour or two. The only problem I have is my Harmony remote won't turn the unit off but will turn it on. I just haven't taken the time to figure this problem out. My family loves this unit and we watch movies and sports on it constantly with no motion blur or anything.

I am very happy with my choice of the SONY Smart TV! It is a big improvement as compared to my previous 32" TV! The picture quality, color and sound is great and the smart option is so convenient!
