Very happy with this TV. Easy set up and works great for my needs.

Good TV for the price. The 4k option is what I thought it would be. Overall good picture hard to find the perfect dark balance though. Only issue is that the TV requires a reboot a lot due to apps over loading the system.

For what it is, it's excellent. The picture has been amazing, the sound is great, and the features(such as built in apps for NETFLIX, VUDU, and other services) are outstanding. The only issue I can think of is that sometimes there's a noticeable lag in response time when pressing a button. As it's almost never more than a second or two, and not a constant reoccurrence, I'm not going to knock down the rating.

Went into Best Buy with all intentions of buying a Samsung or Vizio 55" 4K TV and honestly did not even have Sony on my radar until one of the clerks took the time to show me the differences between the 3. From the colors to the shutter speed there was no comparison IMO after comparing the 3 in store and I am glad I went with the Sony. We love it. The only downfall I can list so far is the online updates it takes sometimes 30+ minutes to do them via WiFi. We have owned the TV since February and already have had to do 3 updates. Not the end of the world but at least they give you the option to postpone it.

Can't comment on the 4K because my provider doesn't offer it yet but I'm ready when they do. Really like all the devices I can plug in. And with a separate keyboard (sold separately) it makes using the internet easy and fun.

The picture quality is outstanding. Just make sure you look up better picture settings online when you're setting it up because the factory settings are nothing special. The reason I wouldn't give it 5 starts is the speaker volume. I've had the TV for about a month now and I consistently have the volume at around 50% if there is any ambient noise in the room. On movies with mainly dialogue, I have had the volume as high as 80%. I figure most people hook this up to a sound system (I will at some point) so it's not a deal breaker. I read someone else's review that mentioned the volume so I knew what to expect.

Went into the store to buy another smart TV, and notice the picture quality on the newer 4k model, so decided to go that route instead. Moved our other smart TV into the bedroom, and put the new 4k in the family room. Originally went to get a smart TV for the bedroom

One of the best TVs I've ever owned. I had the Samsung before this one and returned it. Sony is the pioneer of this tech for a reason! Unbelievable picture and you can geek out on all the extras. Highly recommended

I just bought this sony 55" led 4K ultra hd tv and very happy with the outcome, awesome picture quality, light weight and easy to setup. Definitely recommended.

Though a bit sluggish in the menus, this is a great media subscription television. It has a relatively small bezel, low profile stand, plenty of ports, android apps, bright picture, low motion blur, and a great price.

Went into Best Buy to buy a new TV with Sony being my third choice, maybe fourth. Bought the Sony spending a few hundred more then I budgeted and I couldn't be happier. Great picture, TV sound is ok, but works perfectly with my great sound system. Very pleased.

The picture quality is amazing for my PlayStation 4, and looks great! The smart features like Netflix and YouTube are easy to use. Overall very satisfied!

It is a fantastic Tv if you have it hooked to a box, but save your money if you are not planning to utilize cable tv in some format, via Time Warner or Direct TV ETC.
