The features are very helpful with all the inputs. Easy to use remote interacts easily with cable or internet apps. Love the picture!

This was purchased to replace a Samsung. The older tv gave us good service but it plays a musical chime on turn on and turn off and after a while that got to be annoying. This tv turns on/off quickly without music, we love it.

I really enjoy this TV and I was stuck between the Samsung or the Sony. To the point where I went into bestbuy a few different times talking with multiple people who worked there trying to figure out which one was better. After years of owning a Sony I decided to keep up with the brand. So far after months of owning it, I have had pretty much no trouble. Occasionally it will freeze or won't connect to the internet so i just unplug it and plug it back in and that fixes everything. Very user friendly and it has all the apps lined up perfectly to pick from. If I had to go back I would have still purchased this TV. No buyers remorse here!

Great picture. Fun to watch 4K videos. Good interface with everything on the home screen.

The picture quality is unmatched. The sharpness and the color is amazing. Blacks really are much richer. Whites do not look blown out.

Decided to go with the smaller size and get a Sony as opposed to a bigger size but cheaper brand for the same money. TV has performed impeccably so far. Very nice design and simple yet intuitive and powerful remote.

I was just planning to look at Insignia or Westinghouse at the store after seeing their lowest prices on the web site. But I was completely sold by this Sony model after seeing all the floor models and hearing the sale associate's opinions. It has great, natural color tone, more real than SamSung. I personally think that the color of SamSung is very vibrant yet too overpowering. You can see every detail in this TV. It has way better sharpness of images compared to Insignia and hence the price point difference. I never cared about the motion rate until the sale associate mentioned about this is the strength of this model. I can't agree with him more that now watching NBA games is more enjoyable! Those fancy features like 3D effect, High Dynamic Range, and curved screen are not on my list. I believe in the near future they will step up and become more affordable. If you want to get an affordable 4k TV under $1000 without sacrificing display quality, this one will be your top choice. Price has dropped by $50 since I bought it last month; it is now $849. This model will be an even better buy now or by the end of this year!

This TV is easy to control, picture is great. Works as promised. Volume control very sensitive. Best value for the money

We were going to get a 1080p tv. The sales associate suggested 4K. We are glad he did. The tv looks and sounds great!

This Sony TV has all of the same features that our 75in. Sony has. It has a clear picture and was very easy to set up.

The color on this television is amazing. This is no judder and easy set to calibrate. Picture is clean and sharp!

The display is wonderful. Fast, Smooth frame rate, Vivid Colors. The smart interface is OK, but the remote navigation could stand to be smoother and more responsive.

Love the Sony quality and ease of use. I researched many tv's, and really liked the picture and features of 810c.

I just upgraded from a 10 year old TV. This TV is what I expected. Was a little surprised to see what the quality of a non HD segment was like on this TV (a bit grainy). HD shows and movies are great (sharp picture and nice colors). I bought this knowing it was last years model and knew that this years model was a bit better, but for the price it was worth it. Once you can't see the two units side by side, you really won't know what you are missing. I am happy with my choice.

4K Ultra HD has an amazing picture. The colors and motion are outstanding.

my children can easily access netflix and other apps that they usually have to turn the ps4 on for but with this tv its an option on the tv controller
