I've had this TV for 2.5 months now. I can safely say it was a great purchase. Picture is fantastic and The football setting works great for watching the NHL playoffs. I haven't seen any quality issues in what I watch. I also love having Android TV instead of a brand specific OS on it. The only thing I don't like is that sometimes the wifi gets goofy and I need to cycle it on and off. It's not a major issue, but it is a little annoying to be halfway through a show on Netflix and have it time out due to lost signal. Not a major issue, and not something I would hold against the TV.

As above, will never try another company for home theater items. For over 37 years, it has been Sony all the way

Purchased my tv 2 months ago. I am so in love with it. My nieces also loves my brand new tv. Everything is at your fingertips. I would definitely recommend Sony tv to anyone Thank you best buy

Great tv. & great quality. The only thing I wasn't a fan of, was that it was an android tv. Having to close apps to stop them from running in the background and the updates weren't my favorite features

The TV has a very sharp picture and good colors. Bluray movies display with an almost 3-D clarity. The sound is good as well. We use internet streaming as well as mirroring with PC; the "SMART" and wireless features have performed flawlessly.

I think it is a very good quality for the money. It is not my first Sony and the TVs I bought always exceeded my expectations. I did not give 5 stars because the android system doesn't always work well. Sometimes for no reasons it stops playing a movie on Netflix and go back to the TV.. Further I did not figuerd out how to change the annoying sound that it makes when I browse the apps. However, the picture is superior quality indeed.

After months of research it was down to the sony or samsung 55 4k tv. Mind you the sony was only 150 dollars more than the samsung.Once able to see in person it was sony hands down for many resaons. First off quality of appearance, samsung looked like it was wrapped in cheap plastic.Sony had better internal workings(both smart). And better overall picture quality standing from a distance. Very happy with this sony purchase!

Very good value – Clear picture works well with my Blu-ray player and my receiver. Has a very good selection of apps and was easy to set up

This TV has a beautiful picture and is very user friendly as far as settings and the remote.

Love the video that comes through this tv. I don't use the smart tv functions much as I have an Apple TV and Comcast X1. Only real complaint is the sound is not great - although I think the same could be said for many of the newer tv's.

If you don't need 3D this is a better model for the price than the x830. Picture is great, snappy interface and plenty of inputs.

I love this TV. Very clear. Easy to set up. I use it for watching movies, TV and gaming.

Have enjoyed very much. Also having the Geek squad install made the hookups much more faster than if I had try to do. Thank You at Best buy for the Excellent Service. Ken M

1st 4k tv and a great replacement for my old Samsung. Way better picture and easy setup.
