Great TV for the price. The 4K is amazingly sharp, it's like you are there.

I spent a lot of time reviewing website to find the best TV I could get at about 1000 dollars and this was the one I picked. Very happy with purchase.

The tv was delivered right on schedule and the two techs that delivered it and set it up for me were courteous and friendly. This service beats buying a tv at a warehouse club, bringing it home yourself and setting it up yourself. I would highly recommend buying a large screen tv from Best Buy. By the way, the price I paid was comparable to the price at a warehouse club.

The picture is great but it freezes up a lot and have to reset tv to fix problem.

Set up is easy. Tuneing colors and contrast. Brings out true real life tones and color.images are super clear.

I had Hector from the geek squad and he was awesome! So patient with my technically challenged husband and stayed until he got it. He was excellent!

I think the best feature of this unit is its remote and the interface it has with the features of the tv. The picture and look of the overall tv is excellent as expected but this is the first remote I still use instead of linking it to my cable tv remote and letting the tv remote gather dust. It could function in the old way but the features make it so you want to use it.

I bought this TV for under 1 grand and I had to get it since I wanted to switch my old plasma. Comes with android TV which means you don't need a chrome cast and can stream video from your phone or mobile device straight to the TV. Great picture quality from Sony as always. The reason I am giving it 4 stars it's because about 85% of the time when I turn the TV off it makes a weird noise. Not sure if this is a regular thing or not but it is a bit off putting.

Great TV with an exceptional picture. The TV that it replaced was a SONY and it lasted 12 years without a problem and we are hoping that this one will last that long. The salesman was courteous and very helpful answering all of our questions. The Geek squad did a great job installing it!

Purchased Sony tv and soundboard and they are great. The television is perfect for sports as it has a live football mode which enhances viewing.

TV has nice picture after upgraded cable box with higher resolution. Stand for the TV seems awkward and flimsy

Netflix and you tube not working. TV says internet connection but my other devices are working correctly. Not great documentation comes with the TV.

I love this new Sony 55'' 4K TV! The resolution and picture is so clear. Hands down the best on the market. I trust Sony with TV's i will never go back. I have a blu-ray player, Xbox 1 etc and the resolution and picture quality is great. It has so many apps youtube, amazon instant video, music, crackle, UFC etc its the best. Go out and buy it already!!!!

I was an LG TV fan, but it was changed when I purchased the Sony Smart TV. The picture is crisp and the sound is great. Navigating the menu is not complicated making it desirable to explore from watching my favorite TV programs to videos from You Tube or Netflix. My family and I enjoyed watching our favorite programs as we enjoy each other's company. Great. TV.

The TV looks and works great. The added applications within the TV also are great. My only complaint would be the sound/speakers. You have to turn the TV up very loud in order to hear it well.
