Very pleased with the tv. Great picture, good price.

This TV is excellent. Gave it 4 instead of 5 stars for 2 reasons: 1). Sound is not very good. Even adjusting the graphic equalizer, the bass is minimal at best. 2) There is no dedicated picture.option on the remote. You have to go through several steps to change picture depending on what you are watching. Not a huge deal, but annoying. Other then that....picture quality is awesome and 4K looks amazing. Recommend.

First tried a cheap panasonic, got it home and plugged in and terrible picture that pixilated and rated poor. Took it back and paid a little more for this Sony. What a difference, right out of the box this one wowed me. The bottom line, stay away from the cheap junk. Sony makes the best so you do get what you pay for.

easy set up, able to hook up stereo (get an optical cable sold separately), playstation, easily could hook to computer and still have a port left picture is clear and sports (hockey basketball, baseball-yes even golf) are crisp and no action is missed

Love the Sony 4K. I'll be happier when the broadcasting catches up with the Sony technology but it's coming. The picture is bright, sharp and clear, just like being there in person. The Salesman that helped me at Best Buy was awesome and well informed. He was instrumental in helping me to make a purchase decision.

Great resolution,!easy to set up, easy to use remote. Connecting to Netflix with WIFI using the smart tv was easy. The big Netflix button on the remote allows one touch connection, much simpler than cycling through a list using the inputs button.

My fiance researched forever before buying this TV and we don't regret it one bit. For the price its such a good TV.

Read good reviews prior to purchasing. Installed on 07/02/16, less than a month so it may be too early to tell but so far it's working well. For a 55" Sony TV of this caliber to be found for less than 1K, it's worth the price. Good picture quality, good features, decent sound quality and hopefully, reliable.

I have had it for 5 weeks and only one issue. The screen frozen one time on the word Android. While it was off.. I just unplug and pluged back in. All is good now

It's my first 4K TV and I have minimal complaints. For the most part the picture is awesome, especially for my PS4 and Blu-ray movies. Cable TV can be pretty grainy sometimes but I know that's not the TVs fault. I've had to reboot my TV once already because the Netflix app stopped working for no reason. I've heard that's a common problem for Sony 4K TVS, unfortunately. Overall, I'm very pleased!

Love the tv. The apps have enabled me to get rid of the blue ray player and only have 1 device. Absolutely love it

Tv has good screen quality and I have not had any issue with it after purchasing it used, a year ago.

Geek squad was great installing the TV always neat polite and professional

I was really impressed by the two guys that delivered and set up the tv.

I've enjoyed this TV so much since getting it. I really like the Android TV interface which makes it easy to search for and view video from many different video providers. 4K looks spectacular when you have a 4K source available. My only criticism is that it didn't come with an instruction manual.
