The picture quality looks flawless and very smooth. Avoid the vivid picture settings since the colors seem to bleed and overly bright. I found that the movie picture setting without using expensive calibration tools works perfect. I'm very satisfied with the tv and love Sony brand products.

The picture quality on this TV is amazing! We finally got rid of our old DLP which had become so dim, you couldn't see anything. The android play store is nice and I love the apps as well. There are so many to choose from!

This TV is very very good. Picture quality is amazing without it having HDR. And when the HDMI ports are placed in 4K Enhanced mode (which allows 4K 60p 4:4:4: and 4:2:2), picture quality is even better when playing an ultra HD blu-ray. I highly recommend for an entry-level 4K TV

When my husband I decided to replace our plasma TV, we decided to shop in-store at Best Buy so that 1. we could see the TVs in person and compare image quality, and 2. we could speak with the helpful associates. This TV is not the top of the line. Sony (and other brands!) have more expensive models with more bells and whistles. That said, this is an excellent TV at this stage in the development of 4K. Right now, there really isn't that much to watch in true 4K. The real work this TV is doing right now is upscaling blu-ray movies and HD broadcasts. It excels at those functions. As more 4K content emerges, this TV might suffer in comparison to the more expensive models (after all, it doesn't have the extremely wide color spectrum of more expensive Sony models), but it will be a while before that difference becomes apparent. Right now, I can say this TV provides a splendid image, excellent streaming capabilities, and works flawlessly.

The image quality of the tv is excellent, I'm giving it a 4 because the Android ui has a low intelligence quotient in my opinion. I've used fire tv and roku previously and both are superior in that they keep track of systemwide previously viewed content. The android ui buries commonly used apps low in the interface in favor of Google play suggestions.

My only negative is there is not instructions on using the smart TV

Great buy. TV picture and features are superb. Good build quality. Great for gaming as well.

Set up was problematical . Needed software update. Ability to recognize existing wireless networks is minimal. Tech service was of little help. Online users forum helped much more to solve the setup problems. Despite that, the picture is fantastic.Sports are particularly good and have no blur at all. In summary a great tv but the smart part is dumb.
