However, when I ordered Netflix it quit working after 2 weeks but worked on other devises. My son finally unpluged TV and got it back. I now can not get on cable it gives me an error message so guess I need to restart it. However love the TV otherwise.

It was $300 more than the comparable Samsung but the employee mentioned that I was getting a much better TV. Sold. Great TV

Never purchase Sony again. Research reboot loop!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My TV started having unfixable issues after an update to where it just continuously reboots and Sony is doing nothing to fix the issue or make it right at all. It has been nothing short of a nightmare on a $1,000 TV that is clearly due to a manufacturing defect. Do some research on Sony reboot loop issues before purchasing any Sony TVs or you will regret this purchase a year down the road just after the warranty runs out. This is not the only model having this issue. Trust me, do yourself a favor before purchasing any Sony TV and look up the reboot loop issue. It’ll save you a ton of frustration and cash in the long run.
