I set out to buy a 4K TV by reading all the reviews and compared 4 major brands. Then I went to the store and compared the picture quality of all the available brands and the Sony just stood out as the best in picture quality, features and visual appeal (looks). They all looked pretty good with the 4K video being displayed but when I had the Sales person provide a TV signal, the Sony out performs all with the upscale quality. The one negative is the Sony does not provide any 3D glasses with their 3D TV.

Super sweet TV. Being an ANDROID TV makes it REALLY stand out. I tweaked some settings after looking online and this actually is the best TV I could've gotten. You can do so much with the android capabilities. Add Kodi, use your desktop computer as a file server or add content to your cloud drive with ES file explorer and watch videos pictures, files and movies on this TV. I can't praise it enough. It's basically a computer with a huge pretty screen. Some glare issues, but I no longer care now that I've freaked it and made it mine.

We love our new television. Easy to use and great picture. It is certainly a smart television. Don't like that a Google account must be used to use features.

Great 4K tv. Looks great and sounds great My only concern is that the tv does not support Apple products.

It doesn't have all the bells and whistles like the more expensive 4K tvs but the picture quality is really good. I have a few issues with the tv, one being the smart tv is a little buggy with certain apps like Amazon instant video. I have to often hard reset the tv to get it to load. Also sometimes it is slow moving through the smart menus. Also the sound isn't great but I went ahead and hooked up a soundbar so it is a non issue for me. One other thing is the corners are a little dark, something that seems to be a common issue with this set. It is only noticeable on certain images and doesn't bother me but it could be annoying to some. Overall though I am really happy with the tv for the price I paid.

Easy to use and wonderful picture quality. The mounting hardware fit the first time and we didn't need a third party to install the wall mount.

An absolute great TV. I have watched reviews on this TV for weeks. I bought this TV at a great price from my local Best Buy. Easy setup. The picture quality is awesome. The sound is the best I have found in a flat screen. Plan on adding a sound system at some point. If you buy this TV, you should have no regrets.

I have to say I am very pleased with this purchase. I went into Best Buy looking for an LG or Samsung TV. The Best Buy associate really convinced me on this tv and I am glad I listened. The picture quality is great and although I have not touched the settings, there are various adjustments that can be made to make your viewing experience even better. The user friendliness of the smart portion of the tv is also very noticeable.

Love the picture, smart tv features, look, and functionality! I don't like 3D tvs and the curved tv seems really gimmicky so this tv is perfect because it doesn't have those features and it was $200-$400 cheaper. My son loves the fact that if the tv is off all he has to do is push the Netflix button and the tv turns on and Netflix is ready to watch. If there is one draw back it is the sound quality. It is not terrible but not great. However, if your buying an HD tv you probably bought a sound bar or surround sound system to go with it.

I bought this 55 in for my son I have a 65 in and love it. The picture is the best and you can't beat the color. Sony is always my choice

THIS TV IS EXCELLENT FOR VIEWING.. GOOD CLARITY AND COLOR ENHANCEMENT, VERY VIVID AND ENJOYABLE TO WATCH. LOVE THE ULTRA HIGH DEFINITION.

Great TV for movies and sports. Excellent picture and color. Toss up between Samsung and Sony.

I am so thrilled I can download games to my television! The picture is crisp and I get hours of entertainment from the many features!!

The tv has been great so far, great sound. The only thing I would suggest is getting a surround sound, if you have a larger room. Also, hire geek squad to install everything. It is worth it. The last piece of info for you, make sure that you purchase at least one Pearl 4k HDMI cable. I love my tv and the service that Best buy provides. They helped me through each step to make sure that I was making the best choice.

Picture quality is great and makes 4K video content from Amazon Prime video service look incredible. The Android user interface is nice though I have had a few issues staying connected to my wifi - not yet sure if it's the TV / software or my router. Only negative I can think of after having the TV a month is that the sound is only okay.

I originally bought a Vizio 55" and was a bit disappointed with its features, or lack thereof. My main issue was it not having wireless screen mirroring capabilities. This tv has this capability which works quite well so far as I can tell. The tv does not have its own dedicated web browser which is my main complaint towards it, but its screen mirroring lets me use my computer/android phone/tablet instead, so I still gave 5 stars. This is definitely a good tv for resolution, size, aesthetics, and price.

We love our new tv. Easy set up, great picture. Tv is easy to go from regular tv to Netflix and back. Sony is a great brand.

I was initially a bit nervous before purchasing this as I have always been a Samsung guy. This tv blew away my qualms. I'm a big fan of streaming movies and playing my PS4; this tv has heightened the entertainment qualities of both my gaming system and my Apple TV. I don't use the Smart features as much because they are android based and I'm more of an Apple guy. I did play around with them a bit and was impressed by the quality and speed of the processors. Very happy camper here.
