After a ton of research and planning I selected this TV. (Partially because it was on sale) It is WAY better than I had anticipated. I would buy this TV again even if it were not on sale. It blows away the competition. Very happy with the picture and sound.

Have had tv for about a month. The color is excellent sharp and clear. No light bleed. I review this item on bestbuy and amazon, could not find any true problems. Also, looked a Samsung, LG and so on. this beat them out right. BestBuy price was also lower.

A great TV that lasted only five weeks. I like the 4K picture quality of this TV. I do not like Android TV interface; it is dull and slow. The TV, however, lasted only five weeks before I got the red light. Called Sony and they shipped me a new TV.

Other family members have lower quality and priced Samsung's and have a better picture

Don't think the picture is that great. I was lead to believe it was next new tv out.

Had to replace a 1080p tv, and decided that it's time to switch over to 4k. Absolutely worth it. This may not be the top end version but the reviews indicate that you will be hard pressed to find a better picture for the money. I agree.

Best Buy when I purchase two Sony 4K 55" televisions, were excellence in customer service, store appearance and delivery. I will recommend anyone I know to shop, buy and enjoy quality savings at Best Buy. You are BUYing the BEST.

We liked the tv but the hook up with the geek squad took multiple attempts

This is probably along the entry line for 4k Tvs and may be the reason for only 4 stars. I really thought the black colors were supposed to be black on this tv and am a little disappointed that I can see as much color difference in the blacks. Other than that, it has been excellent.

This was my 2nd Sony in 7 years... The 1st one lasted about 5 Years, before a screen issue took it. The second, lasted less than 2 years. Decided to go with a different brand. Went with a Vizio 65”, we’ll see what happens. Hopefully I’ll have better luck.

I not only read the reviews at Best Buy I also went online and read reviews from various other sites and this TV was rated very high. I'm pleased with the purchase.

I went several times to store with questions and Ed knew answers; he is Very knowedgeable about electronics! He made my purchase much easier and I Love this tv!!

As with my previous Sony TV, the picture is great but the sound output is a bit weak. My first Sony got hooked up to a surround sound system and this one is now hooked up to a Sony Sound Bar. The sound bar has an integrated woofer and sits perfectly underneath the base of the TV.

needed to replace a tv that I gave away. This was definitely a 1-up replacement. Im an android superuser and this tv was right up my alley. Access to developer options on your tv make the possibilities endless.

I've been wanting to upgrade for sometime and I finally found the right brand, size and features all in one item. I've not regretted this purchase one second! It makes a huge difference in the TV experience.
