Is very good you screen I want more sound because is lower

When I decided to buy Sony 4K the expectation were great being the brand and kind of TV i purchased. However after a while I realize that at par Samsung model are much better and value for price. Also I think that instead of going for 4K, Full HD should have been better.

Nice entry level 4k tv. Netflix app is a little laggy sometimes and restarts occasionally but screen quality is nice. Sound is decent but nothing to write home about. Corners are a little darker than the rest of the screen but is not noticeable in dark conditions.

I purchased this tv to replace my old plasma tv. It is an excellent size for the front room of the house. However while the picture is good. I would like a more vivid picture. It is a great buy for $1000

Trying to get Best buy to back product without success

We haven't found anything negative to say since the Geek Squad delivered the television and set it up. We haven't used all the features yet, but I don't expect to find anything to change my mind.

For 1000 dollars I expected a perfect experince. Eh

This is my second Bravia. I purchased this as an upgrade to a 46" Bravia that I purchased in 2007 which was a floor model I paid $1200 for. Almost 10 yrs later I got this 55" Bravia for $300 less than my first one which is still working and now in my bedroom.

Bought this smart T V after looking for several months at many. Absolutely love it. The staff was very helpful and patient in letting us look to decide what we wanted, We have had Sony's before and have never been left down by them. Good buy, great price.

My preference for Sony products have strengthened over the years based on personal experience and inputs from friends and family members use of A/V devices. Well-made products fairly priced!

Great service with the exception of being mislead as to needing expensive monster HDMI cables. Was told by sales rep the TV required special HDMI cables. Delivery/Installed told me this wasn't true, the HDMI cables that Comcast provided were the same.

My first large TV and exceeds what I thought it would be. Colors are sharp and overall picture shows no degrading toward edge of screen. Would buy this TV again if I needed another one.

I'm happy with this TV. Plus: good picture, good sound, reasonably responsive OK: viewing angle Minus: Initial setup was quite a bit longer than the user guide predicted (over an hour), screen not as bright as I thought it would be (but OK)

Amazing picture quality, plenty of hdmi outs and rca connections to run about any accessories you can think of. Easy to use and great running apps. I would recommend this TV to anyone.

I researched a lot before deciding to pick the Sony 55" and it turned out to be a great choice. It required some changes in the default settings but once done, the colors are amazing!

This TV is very nice and has many good points. The one down side we are not too happy about is adjusting the screen to fit correctly. It's either too big and cuts off parts of the show or it's too small and doesn't fill the whole screen.

Great size for a large room. The picture is very clear and high quality. I do a lot of streaming and the picture is great. It costs more than some other tvs, but it's worth it.

I read a lot of reviews for 4K TVs in this price range before deciding on the X810C. Other than a little darkness in the corners and the sound not being great I'm very happy with it.

Great buy that I made. Was really satisfied with this TV and with the help I was offered so I can make my decision. I love the whole YouTube options. Great quality with the HD!!
