This TV has very good picture quality, under-powered like all android TV's out there, lots of bloatware. However the main bug is with the TV switching ON automatically in the middle of the night. This is not a joke, it's very frustrating. All apps were tuned off to minimize the impact, at some point it appeared Sony fixed the bug, however 2 releases more and it was back/ Avoid Sony Android TV's!

I would recommend this TV. It was difficult to find the sleep timer but overall the remote control is pretty straight forward.

I use to have a 46 sharp tv ,to me that was good picture but when I got this Sony tv I was impressed with the beatiful colors

Once I paired the new TV with an upgrade to my cable system [which was free] the picture totally blows me away. Awesome TV

I went in not sure of the TV that I wanted but I was convinced to buy my first Sony and so far it has been a great decision.

I had my sight on 3 TV brands, LG (already own 2), Samsung and Sony as far as what New TV will fit me and my viewing preferences best. As I did my research, it came down to LG and Sony as far as LED, SMART capability, Picture, Reviews, New Technology, Cost, etc. I purchased the Sony mainly due to the sale at my local Best Buy and is the only reason due to the LG and Sony being so close in other ratings comparison. I immediately enjoyed the SMART capabilities, the 4K picture, options, hookups, etc. However 6 months into my ownership this TV started becoming "SLOW". When I say slow, I mean the remotes do not work, the power will not turn off, the screen turns black, image/screen freezes, etc. so I have to unplug the TV to get it restarted. Now after 12 months, I wish I could return this TV. Almost daily, if not twice a day I need to unplug this TV as it will not load, link, connect to anything and goes black or freezes ALL THE TIME!!! And the remotes do nothing so I consistently have to move it from its built-in wall, unplug it and then replug and replace the TV. If I knew this happened to SMART TV's I would never purchase one, however those who have other brands have said they have not run in to this problem if only once during their ownership time. I am not one to complain, but if you are reading this review to decide on a TV and want headaches and embarrassment from your friends and family for it acting up everyday, then this TV is for you. If not, please move on as I will be as well.

Bought tv although no display was on the floor for viewing at Lansing, Il location. Had it delivered and set up and the tv went out 5 minutes after they left and the crew would not come back to pick up tv. I called to return the tv and went through horrible customer service and the Best Buy run around. They finally came to get the tv days later but wouldn't refund my money. They said they didn't have the tv and they would not refund me. Finally they said the tv was returned to a different location yet they still couldn't refund me for another 5-10 business days. On the 10th business day I called again because I had not received my refund. They kept putting me on hold and transferring me. By now, the 15 day return period had lasped. Nevertheless, as of today I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY ABOUT MY REFUND! Had to get my credit card company involved. I WILL NEVER BUY AT BEST BUY AGAIN. BEST BUY IS NOT THE BEST PLACE TO BUY!

It's a great TV. Nice added in features. Great picture. Really happy. The store was great. Everyone was really helpful.

Very clear picture, screen is relatively non reflective. Sound is ok at best. Only complaint would be the TV is a little slow on loading apps sometimes.

Enjoy the quality of Sony TV's, also have a 55" 1080p Sony for a few years. Might be a little large for most bedrooms.

Caught this tv on sale for 899.00 as i was walking out. Glad i went with my gut and bought it. Sony tvs are the best.

This TV has every capability you could ask for and then some. Far better than Samsung when compared side by side.

My salesman was very knowledgable in all the Tvs that we discussed yes I would absolutely buy another tv at Best Buy

This TV is amazing. The picture is nice and it is 120 HZ. Price is great too.

Hopefully broadcasts will soon be in greater than 1080. Not a game player so 4K doesn't really come into play yet.

My 4k sony 55" tv has a great picture and i also bought a soumd bar and i love it. The tv has been struggling to connect to my wifi and before it connected right up

I was looking for the perfect TV to complement my home theater system. I found a great deal with this Sony 4G TV.

Great picture quality. Enjoy that I can watch Netflix or other apps on it without switching to a different device.

It works great the only thing that bothers me is the fact that yi I have to go into another decide to connect apps

The tv is a great deal for a moderate size living room although I wish we stayed with our first choice of 65 inches.
