It s a very nce tv. ı am really satisfied with it. The reason that I gave 4 stars is the volume of it. The volume of the tv could be stronger.

Had been researching 4K TV's since Black Friday, but was hesitant about spending that much $$$. My 10yr old Sony 40" 1080P TV works well, especially since we got our Comcast X1 box. Cable looked a lot better with the X1 upgrade, so I didn't "need" a TV at all (as my wife reminded me often!). As a 50+, who loves Movies and Sports, but is Tech-challenged, I wasn't sure about all the Smart TV hype, and still don't need it either. After all the reviews and checking rtings.com (great TV comparisons!!), I settled on the XBR55X810C over the XBR55X850C, mainly due to cost, but also because of better ratings on Movies (better blacks), and Sports (less blur). In the store, I have to admit, I still liked the 850C's picture better, but it wasn't worth the extra $200. The picture is AMAZING!! Comcast Cable, and our Blu-Ray Movies look much better than they did before. I know some of this is because of the larger screen (40" to 55"), but it's still awesome! Fortunately, we haven't had any problems with our Wi-Fi set up, it was quick and easy, and we didn't have to move our Wi-Fi router from our office (2 rooms away). Everything seems to be working fine so far. The Pro Bowl was not good football, but the picture and colors were so vivid it didn't matter! We watched a You Tube 4K Video of the new Star Wars Trailers, and we thought we were in a movie theatre!! The kicker is that my wife is grudgingly admitting that she likes the TV, which is amazing in itself!! I know I sound like a Sony Sales Rep, and things may change later, but right now I'm very happy with the Sony 4K TV (other than the weak the instructions). What I will say is that the Best Buy Reps were great. They were knowledgeable, and spent time with me to discuss a lot of points on which TV was better. One of them even remembered my name, as I was in there 4 times! Finally, if you're on the fence, get the 4K TV, if you buy Sony or Samsung, I don't think you'll regret it one bit!

Awesome smart tv for price.I didn't know what to buy the great salesman helped out. Thank god!
