    Was a little bummed to find out that it didn't have HDR10 after I bought it. Overall a good quality TV by Sony. Bought it opened-box and was like brand new!

    Not what I hoped for, not what I was told.. sold as "upgrade" to tv on display but not in stock, and in fact, no longer available.. ugly, marginal picture, not happy..

    After 1 month, I'd say its almost perfect.

    Straight to the point. Quality it great. Don't rely on streaming 4K content to give you the "full effect" of a 4K experience. Buy a blu-ray 4K player, a 4K movie and see for yourself. Only complaint, the Android software has "restarted" my TV twice. That's not too bad, I just hope it won't become a regular thing. Side note: if you have the ability to get Sony's TV & TV Sideview app, do it. Using the keyboard is a must when searching for content with long titles.

    Upgraded from Samsung 1080p LED TV to Sony 4K tv due to defective Samsung screen on 3 1/2 year old TV. I highly recommend the Geek Squad extended warranty and am very thankful I purchased it. This Sony 4K TV shows amazing detail and rich, vivid color. Great for watching sports as well, watching baseball and hockey are the next best thing to being at the game!

    I bought this TV and took it home for a day before I exchanged. I bought the TV for $900 and it was definitely a great 4K tv with amazing sound. However, the smart functions were average. I decided to exchange for a nicer LG model that has advanced smart features and HDR. Honestly the LG model that I switched to blew this TV out of the water.

    Disappointment in a box

    So let me start with this tv has great picture, great sound, and I love Android Tv. Now with the bad that brings this 4-5 star tv down to 1 star. The box and online material leads you to believe that this TV comes with the "flick" remote so that you can speak commands to the AndroidTv (an important feature for me) it does not. The box/online material leads you to believe the TV has PIP, it does not it is awaiting a firmware update that is yet TBA, when asking support they said they have no timeline. The box online material leads you to believe you can use "Google cast" feature, as you may have guessed you cannot. I spent 2 and a half hours with support, and factory reset the TV I don't know how many times and the feature still doesn't work. Needless to say I'm severely disappointed, Sony used to be a reliable brand, however after this debacle I will NEVER buy another sony product...its bad enough the features aren't there, but support was also completely useless.

    Grey Bar on Screen after software update

    I bought my tv on February 16th, 2016. Everything was working fine until the software update. After I did an update a vertical grey bar appeared on the display and would not go away. Sony has no idea what the issue is. It is a software issue. Returning immediately. Otherwise this would be a 5 star review

    Great value for the money

    This is my second Sony Bravia TV. I doubt I will buy anything else. I tried several other "equivalent" 4K TVs but the picture wasn't even as good as the 8 year old Sony I was replacing. No problems or issues after 6 months of use.

    TV shipped with the wrong screws so I couldn't install the stand. Unacceptable. Called Sony they put me on hold and cold dropped my call to a third party parts distributor. Sad. Gut told me to get the Samsung and that's exactly what I'm gonna do.

    I purchased this TV today (11/2/2015). About 30 minutes after installation the screws from the stand disconnected from the TV. I agree with one of the reviews that said the screws did not fit. Now, I have a damaged TV that I hope can be replaced

    High quality tv that works amazingly. Everything is fast and in great color and detail. The software is perfect and has no issues with lag. Great tv, will not dissapoint.

    Sony products are just the best. This TV was easy setup and excellent picture quality. The sound is very good without using a sound bar. Recommend this TV if you like a picture that shows REAL colors.

    what an amazing TV for the price comes with Sony PS3 compatibility so that you can get a controller and start playing games so saves you having to purchase a PS3.

    You would think that a high end XBR television would support bluetooth audio .... it crazy audio is not to include in functions .... bad engineering by a company that started with a history in audio,,,

    T V reboots 6 to 7 times a day

    TV shuts off and reboots numerous time a day. Called Sony service several times and the only support I have been offered is to reset TV. Buyer beware!!
