Sony has the best OLED TVs. Best Buy has a wide variety of brands. After viewing all the different TVs the A9G is the best. Watching Apple TV for 4K movies and concerts is 4K at its best. I recommend this model and brand to people that want the best.

Owned this TV for + 2 years and it's been the most satisfying purchase of a TV. My only annoyance is Sony's lack of support for Android TV but that is not an issue because the performance of this device matched with a PS5 or Apple TV is maximized for some of the best content consumption.

After one year still going strong, the only regret is not getting a bigger tv, I though the 55 would overwhelm my living room, but it doesn't at all, should have gotten the 60 in.instead.

First, I would like to say that the picture and sound is top quality. The reason for one start is that after having the Sony A9G for 14 days, the voice search function would not work. I made several calls to online support as well as phone calls (about 12 in all). Each time it was do this function, do that, same reset tv multiple times, check updates and so on. I finally took the tv back to Best Buy for a refund. I am greatly disappointed with BB because the set was delivered to the house. It was a struggle for the two of us to load it into my car and return the set. I was told before I did this that BB would pick it up but there would be a charge. Not acceptable customer service. Paying this much for a tv? Really. I could live without the voice search , however, the reason I bought this set was for that specific feature due to my spouse having vision problem as well as my mother having macular degeneration. I would think Best Buy could have sent over a new remote to see if that was the problem. We were even advised to move Alexa away from the TV. We unplugged that, still did not help. Spent way too much time trying to resolve the issue, totally frustration when you tell the techs you have already done this multiple times.

I am so in love with this TV. I was initially going to buy the Samsung QLED Q900R but the TV specialist lead me to this spectacular TV! A must buy!!

This Sony TV is wonderful. We love the excellent screen clarity. Most of all like that it is a pure Android experience. No clunky Samsung overlay and limited apps. Would definitiely recommend and buy again.

Installed properly. However, my instructions were not followed. I asked, and paid $200 extra for a geek squad employee come and install my printer also. The technician said it was not his job to install the printer. I wasted $200. The tv itself is wonderful.

Your staff is and always had been very knowledgeable and helpful ... if they don’t know an answer to something, they will find another staff who does or research it themselves ... great operation .

Only have had this TV for 1 month but so far I am not disappointed. I have always liked Sony and have never had a problem. The only thing I am disappointed in is it does not have Apple TV built in like Samsung.

Things are going very well so far. I am getting a little more familiar with our wonderful new tv. I probably will have a few questions going forward as I learn more. We are very happy so far!

It's well made but for the money picture quality Lacks.Now I seen a football game once broadcast live in 4k it was amazing but in 1080i hd live broadcast ok at best.sony u could have done better.Maybe it's time u made u own OLED screens not LG.

Purchased this SONY OLED A9G three weeks ago. It is the best TV I've owned. Use it through a audio/video receiver, and especially like the feature of the center audio channel coming from the TV screen.

Best tv very expensive how was fortunate to get an open box and a great discounted price because it was missing the legs. Paid about 900 less. Love that it has Apple play built in.

This Sony TV is Excellent and perfect for a Bedroom or Den. The picture processing is surreal!!! Once you experience a Sony TV- well You can forget about Samsung & Lg brands!!!

The Best TV on the market. I purchase this TV not knowing anything about it, All I know it was a steal!!!

The TV & sound bar are marvelous. Delivery and installation & set up was professional and accomplished with explanations. Delivery was on time and preceeded by a phone call.

This is my third Sony TV, my first 4K, also my first Android, now I can stream and get rid of DirecTV.

The picture is wonderful but the tv is plagued with issues. In the moth I’ve owned it it has indicated “ No signal “ when I turn it on then acquires the signal, it has frozen when trying to return to network tv from Netflix, frozen when I unplugged it attempting to reset, started turning on normally but the audio and video were not in sync requiring another soft reset. Fortunately, I purchased Geek Squad support for two years. Hopefully, they will resolve the issues.
