I purchased the sony It is supposed to be top of the line. I just got it but the picture quality does not seem to be as good as my lg.

I would love to bring it back ,but I waited too long. The picture motion rate is not very good ,blurry picture compared to my old set.

DO NOT SPEND THE MONEY! BUY AN INEXPENSIVE TV!!! I have owned Sony TVs for decades without issue. I always buy their top of the line. This time I spent $2500 for a TV that has had 5 service calls in 16 months. I am spending another $300 a year for the Geek Squad to try to maintain this TV in operational order. I am so frustrated because the window for repair is 9 hours so I cannot leave home.

A great tv! Oled is where its at! Sony technology is superb I love how the sound comes from the screen instead of speakers making sounds more realistic for instance if water is flowing on theleft that's where you hear it!

Nice TV for the first 30 days. Then totally black screen. Service will not return my call. Not a good experience. For the price paid you would expect some level of reliability. Time to send to the junk pile. Glad I saved the 12 year old TV.

The worst service! Very bad with scheduling! Extremely Disrespectful technicians. I waited two weeks, only to get a “ bad rv” when it was replaced it took hours to set up. Very disappointed

The TV started showing horizontal lines over the entire screen after having the tv less than 30 days

the TV worked only for 5 months and broke, Sone is unable to repair and and is refusing to honor warranty. Don't buy anything made by Sony, if it breaks down they will not honor warranty.

Very easy to set up out of the box. Excellent picture. My only complaints are that the remote is not backlit making it hard to see in the dark, and the remote doesn’t control certain aspects of my DIRECTV box. This is frustrating. Otherwise a minor complaint is that I thought the sound on the TV would be outstanding but it is OK, excellent really but I expected it to be a little bit better. So much better than are all set. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to set up an install by myself.

So dissapointrd in this tv. After 1 ye the main board seems to be on the fritz. This tv turns itself on randomly. Way expensive pain in rhe side. Get the wRranty.

Was told by Best Buy employee that this open box item had everything in the box. After purchasing went home to find out it didn’t have power cord, had to re pack and drive back item. Lesson learned not to trust what the sales rep tell you & verify instead.

I received an open box instead of a new one. Parts were in a ziplock bag. Went to the store and told them. They said they would replace. To date I still do t have a functioning TV

If you're into watching sports, movies, tv shows, videos on YouTube, etc, then this tv is for you. I'm not a gamer, so I was just interested in the best quality picture. This tv is amazing. My only problem was that I only got a 55 inch. I think a 65 inch would be even more immersive. If you have a few extra bucks to go up from an LED to and OLED, make that move. Best move I made.....tv wise anyway.

This really has an outstanding picture and sound. Likes: Build quality Picture quality Sound Updated OS is quicker than older Android versions FW updated quickly and easily You can add apps for Spectrum individual TV channels one at a time but not the whole service or all TV channels subscribed to. Dislikes: Very expensive TV screen almost touches the TV stand making remote inputs difficult at best. You have to mount this on the wall to get a clear shot at the remote receiver. Locked/greyed out screen format sizes like their other high end TVs. Wanted a 900F but they were out of stock when I ordered from the vender. Difficult to move TV without touching the screen. No Spectrum TV app on any Sony TV Potential burn in at some time in the future

I usually get Samsung tvs because I didn't know exactly why Sony is better. I moved and decided that I was going to treat myself and see what all this hype was about. Well......... I am so mad that I hadn't purchased Sonys for the rest of my house!!! Holy smokes. Its incredible. Sound and picture are immaculate, crisp, sharp defining and makes leisure tv watching a treat! Installation was top of the line. Way better that task rabid. I don't see one cord and can move the sucker in every direction. Apps - check check check,

Enjoying every tv show, movie or game in this TV. After a very conscious research several trips to different stores to compare different models and brands we decided with my daughter to go for this electronic piece. Since I saw this tv for the first time in a trip to Tokyo, I was impressed for the quality of images in this TV Master Series. The quality of the images together with a very ingenuous sound speaker bring together a delightful new level of experience to enjoy the movies in the way that replicate the cinematic experience in home. Magnolia Best Buy really stand up with the service, in an attractive price discount. The only challenging point is to learn how to navigate the Android OS

I have this TV for 4 years now and I love it. Reliable and quality is what I paid for it.

I purchased this OLED A9G Master Series believing all the Grand Experts purring about the fantastic picture on this set. Best Buy was right on time with delivery. I didn't have them connect and set up TV and components, because I'm no stranger to Home Theater. Been my hobby since the 90's. I unboxed and mounted the TV. Went through the menu set up and sat down anxiously awaiting a jaw dropping picture and the acoustic sound built into the screen. I set the Brightness to Max and Contrast to 90. The next step was setting the picture size. This is where I ran into a wall, thanks to Sony's firmware update. It had a glitch. Picture aspect was grayed out. I knew it was necessary to set the screen to full in order to remove the top and bottom black horizontal bars. 16:9 ratio screen size is being phased out by all manufacturers. i returned to the store and the salesman and I grabbed the remote and went down the entire Sony wall. Every Sony model had the Screen Aspect Grayed Out!!! Bad move Sony. I have a 75 inch 900e in my living room, and the picture is crystal clear. Fantastic colors and contrast. It's an LED. Mid-range model, and its picture blew this "Master Series OLED outta the water. I took the Sony back and bought the LG 55 inch C9. A friend has this model in 65 inch. Fantastic picture and LG's OS on screen is lightning fast. Sony still runs the clunky Android OS. Finally, Sony support was great at trying to solve the Screen size problem. 2 hours of online chat. I kinda think Sony hasn't passed on this disaster to their support crew. Sony, you just lost a Loyal Customer.

Yet another hugh disappointment. Picture quality is good but audio return chanel (ARC) has stopped working twice in two weeks. Have to reset the whole TV. Why can't TV makers figure out how to make ARCs that work? How hard can it be? I won't be buying Sony TV's again.
