The worst TV I've ever owned! Lasted for 4 years!!

My Sony Bravia set was purchased in 2016 at the Magnolia, West LA Best Buy and is no longer working - That's only a little over four years!!! I was promised by the sales people at Best Buy it would be good for 10 to 12 years. I feel completely ripped off after spending well over $2000 and I have no recourse. You should avoid Sony TVs at all cost from my experience, unless you're OK replacing it in 4 years. Clearly my experience wasn't as advertised by the sales person at the time of purchase. I've been a Best Buy plus elite member for years and I wish someone would've written a review to warn me. I hope this helps!

TV died 4 days. Sony solutions fail to remedy 4 flashing red light failure sequence. I suspect chip shortage prompted manufacturer to reduce quality control. Not given option to exchange.
