Went to Best Buy to compare it with others but liked this one best. Figured getting Geek Squad to install and set up would be well worth the chance of damaging it in transport or installation. Excellent picture with superior contrast. We enjoyed being able to compare side by side to others before buying.

Our family decided to buy a new TV due to our staying at home more. We expected some picture quality and sound improvements over our two other 4 HD Sony TV's, but were stunned by the great improvement in picture quality and the much improved sound system. You will not regret buying this TV!

We love our new Sony TV! We love the picture quality and we especially like the sound quality. We had Sony TVs in the past, and we love the quality, as well, and they both lasted a long time. This time we especially were interested in the sound quality, and it is excellent.

The detail within the image is even better at home than in the store. As a die hard fan & owner of the pioneer elite KURO TV’s, I have waited for a product like Sony’s OLED A9G before purchasing my next television, and am impressed with this set!

I was a little hesitant spending this much on a television, but I have to say the picture is amazing. if you like playing video games or watching darker films, this television is for you.

The picture is great but the software is terrible. If you watch YouTube app for 30 minutes or more when you return to tv/cable the software will start to go into screen saver mode. Sony only supports or connects to Sony home theater systems, ugh. Gaming is great.

Best TV I've owned and fabulous picture quality since my last top of the line Panasonic plasma in 2008. Even blows away my last top of the line: Samsung 6420 UN55D6420UF 55" 3D 1080p. Easy to use easy to set, awesome processor that enables the use of built in apps. totally worth the money!

Upgraded from 2008 Sony XBR, 46 inch to this new model. Huge difference in both picture quality and audio quality. Love Sony products, have always trusted their reliability and quality. Price generally higher for Sony but well worth the cost.

Had issues with the Samsung 55in so we perched the Sony. A lot more money but worth it. my wife can now read the subtitles, the Samsung she had issues reading. I can see a little difference in the subtitles. The over all picture and sound are far better.

The Sony Bravia has an outstanding picture, clear sound (without a sound bar), and the remote is very user friendly. I also found the "smart" features of the TV to be straightforward and easy to navigate.

The A9G Master series TV is the best TV I have ever owned. Great picture, sound is perfect without sound bar. Extremely happy with this purchase. The installation was done by Best Buy Geek Squad, they were great.

Awesome product! This is the best television that I have ever owned. The options available are endless. The picture is unreal. It's almost like you could reach out and touch the characters on you favorite programs. Definitely worth the money!

This is a great television with great sound and picture. Hesitated on the price but the overall quality seems worth it. I expect this to last a long time, and hope the top rating on Consumer Reports hasn’t led me astray.

The TV is quite heavy and requires more than one person to set up. Getting the wireless part working took a number of attempts. We had to get pods to extend the internet service from our router to our TV. After that it took several attempts to get the internet part working. That included setting the TV back to its factory defaults and starting over again. The picture is really the highlight of the TV.

I had to replace my old flat screen from 2010 and at first I was kinda skeptical about paying 3k for a Tv but I’m glad that I did. Great picture. The installation guys did a great job on explaining all of the details on the Tv. I would recommend this Tv.

The TV has excellent black levels and the brightness seems good too. I mostly use this TV for video games and to stream shows and movies. My last TV was a Sony and then I upgraded to a OLED. So far so good, I'm happy with my purchase.

Love this TV. Very flat mount and looks great above fireplace. Excellent sound and picture quality for the price.

I LOVE this TV had a Samsung 4K HDR and a Samsung Qled and the OLED is like watching a whole new video even thought you had seen the video before. The picture on the apps is Fantastic as well!

If your in the market for a great quality 4k UHD Smart Tv. This 55'' Sony Tv is the one to buy. Superior Video quality. There are I believe a 55'',65" and 77'' models available.

This is probably the best television that I have ever purchased. The clarity of the picture and the vividness of the colors are amazing! You have to be very careful moving it, because any pressure on the screen could damage it.
