    Almost impossible to contact anyone with questions

    I originally bought this TV as the best in class. The manager sold me on applying for a credit card to save $500 and to join the Best Buy “club” to save another $100. When I tried to get more info about questions, I could NEVER contact anyone at the store and the call center had long holds. I ultimately had to visit the store to cancel the order, which I did.

    purchase was facilitated by Jon an expert, knowledgeable about items he is recommending and able to implement the best features of the Sony TV on installation. Steve who was in charge of implementing the sound system (Sonos soundbar and two era 100s was similarly knowledgeable and facile with installation. Both BestBuy techs are a credit to the Organization that hired them
