One downfall is I am not able to access imax features because of my location it won’t load you have to be in town on a high speed internet for it to work. This tv was very easy to set up well worth it!

Regarding the IMAX Enhanced feature, some streaming services and high-bitrate content require a very fast and stable internet connection to function properly. We have this tv and a Bravia 9. I gotta tell ya, this picture looks better. Too bad they didn't make this tv in an 85 or 98 inch size.

Color and brightness is solid in a bright room, despite windows in this room facing west. Setup is easy, app is nice but not exactly necessary. Tons of features I haven't even explored yet. Shows like The Expanse look amazing when the room is dark. Also- got it on sale, then it went on bigger sale for an additional $500 off- went into the store and they matched price, refunding me the $500. Good customer service experience, good tv.

Too smart

It’s very thin and once we get used to the tools I think it will be much easier to use all the features built in.

Assembly of TV was fairly simple however we needed to call customer service for a couple of clarifications. He was helpful. Best Buy delivery brought the box in the house, but that was about it.

I retired a 15 year old plasma tv with this Sony. The 4k sports broadcasts are amazing. You can see the shine in the football player’s helmets and blades of grass on the field. I’m getting a second tv like this to replace another old one. This tv is a winner

Superb TV

Before setting calibration, the picture quality is already amazing and the sound quality without a soundbar is better than other TVs (soundbar still 100% recommended however). It runs video games beautifully and the only complaint in that department is only 2 HDMI inputs being 2.1 rather than all 4 being 2.1 compatible. Other than that I have no real complaints with the TV and am more than satisfied with my purchase.

The picture quality is outstanding; it almost appears to be 3D. I had to but a soundbar as it was difficult for me to heat what the actors.were saying as the background sounds are so loud.

Best OLED current on the market with caveats

My only gripe is that there are only 2 120hz ports, one of them being eARC, so if you have a PS5 and a Game Box your're out of luck. I switched from an LG, the software if much more logical and better designed compared to WebOS. I've owned various flat monitors over the years, I'm surprised how light these have come now. Goes well with a soundbar.

We understand your frustration with having only two HDMI 2.1 ports (for 4K/120Hz, VRR, etc.), one of which is dedicated as the eARC port; this is a common challenge with premium TVs when connecting multiple high-performance gaming consoles, and we will certainly pass this valuable feedback on to our engineering team for future models.
