I love this tv. The picture quality is amazing. The only gripes I have about it would be the operating system. Android TV is okay but I hate that I have to dig through apps to find HBONOW since that is what I mostly watch and the menu lacks customization options that are useful to me. The only other thing would be the edge lighting, it really effects the black levels when watching movies.

4K looks very clear and sounds great. Works good with Apple TV 4K and great for gaming on consoles.

The sales representative was very knowledgeable on the TVs. In addition, he was very courteous. The TV has exceeded my expectations so far.

I like the nice quality pictures it projects on the screen. I could also mirror screen my device to my tv and watch videos from my phone .

I really like this TV image and colors, and 99% of the content I watch is upscaled from 1080 to 4k. I can't really tell the difference from actual 4k. Colors are vivid and blacks are awesome. I've seen some people complain about input lag from the TV remote, I don't have this issue. It definitely does not feel super fast, but is reasonable.

So far, I’m happy with the TV and the picture quality. However, the Smart features are based on Android. I’ve had to reset the TV to factory defaults due to Android application errors. Hope this is not a trend.

This is out third SONY 4K television- 3 different households- we've all bought the same tv- beautiful picture, clarity, sound- great buy !

I would purchase this tv again. We purchased two and both tv's work great and the quality of picture is very good! I would buy this again.

Easy to unpack, set was easy , picture quality excellent! Have a sound bar hooked up to it but it audio is really good! All stars Sony !

Absolutely stunning quality! Amazing picture, great definition, and the colors POP. I bought a different tv before this one, and it just didn’t cut it. I returned it, and bought this one due to the suggestion of the salesman. I wanted OLED but didn’t have thousands of dollars to spend. I’m telling you, I am more than satisfied with my purchase!

I knew Sony was the way to go for a TV upgrade, but I was more than pleasantly surprised with the quality of the picture and sound. For the quality, it is well worth the difference in price - won't regret the decision. Sony will always be my choice. The salesman was very informative and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns.

I love my Sony TV. The picture clarity is unsurpassed and it's relatively easy to operate. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Admittedly I am Sony bias however, this tv has performed exceptionally well in the past 2 years so much so that i have purchased a second one. Colors are great and the picture is sharp. My one gripe is that the built in processor could be a bit faster. opening and loading application can be a bit sluggish and sometimes applications will fail. This can be resolved by an add on streaming device such as a fire tv or apple tv.

Sony is my favorite brand and have been loyal for many years. This TV is good but in retrospect wish I had paid extra for better resolution. It was easy to assemble and setup with my satellite service.

I bought this 55'' model instead of a cheaper 65 " model and it was money well spent. It has a very crisp, clear picture! Love it!!!!

This is a wonderful tv with amazing picture. I went to B.B. yesterday to see if I had buyers remorse and left happy with my purchase.
