We really like it. It is easy to use and we like the smart features. Picture quality is very good.

Refurbished gold

I use it to Netflix and YouTube and the images are sharp and the colors pop. The TV's interface is easy to use and set up is a breeze.

A very nice TV

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'd been looking at 55-inch 4K TV's for a while and debated how much more it was worth to pay for a Sony, a brand with which I've always had good experiences for both TV's and cameras. When this model went on sale, I rushed out to get the last one in my local Best Buy. Set up was easy, and sound from the TV's speakers in my relatively small mid-century ranch living room is totally adequate. The image is as fine as I expected, and the ability to directly stream Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu through the TV is bringing me close to cable-cutting. I've done a bit with the Google voice control, and will try it with Alexa, too. Neither is spectacular at figuring out exactly what I'm trying to tell it to do, but when they work, you can avoid lots of button-pushing.

This tv is beautiful. Great visual quality and color.

Great price for a great tv

The menu as well as the control itself is very easy to navigate. It is 4K and has a fantastic picture. The sound quality is pretty good too. Very reasonable price for a 55” tv.
