Love this TV and right when I plugged it in could tell it was a great picture. After a few easy adjustments you can really make it to your liking. Sports looks great on this TV. The real difference is in video games. They look stunning especially with the PS4 Pro. Cannot go wrong with this TV. Also there is a difference from the 800 model and up then below 800. Stick to 800 and higher.

I was very satisfied with my purchase, I made sure I did my due diligence before I made my mind and after comparing prices , quality image and reviews, I was sure to get this TV. I guess the only downside that I was surprised was that I couldn't browse the internet, it has predetermined websites, such as Netflix, Youtube and Google Play. But overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

I actually purchased 3 of these tvs, 2 for conference rooms at my office and one for home. In general I've been pretty satisfied. The picture is great and I like the integration with the playstation console controls. I've only had few complaints, one is that the remote has a delayed response for input sometimes. Another was an issue I was having where the tv would turn on by itself. At first I thought my dog may have fallen asleep on the remote and accidently turned on the tv in the middle of the night. it started happening more frequently and sometimes I'd come home from work when my dog was crated and the tv would be on. This continued happening for months until I moved into a new house and it has now stopped so it could have been an electrical issue with the old house and not the tv it self. More recently the tv has started rebooting frequently as if it had been unplugged. After rebooting it seems to work fine.

This Sony replaces a Sony Bravia from 2007. I am very pleased with the improvements in the technology and the value for the money. The clarity and detail of the picture were startling. For the first time I can see the detailed features of the images. In addition, the current model is easily connect to external speakers and other equipment. I am very pleased with this purchase.

My Samsung plasma self destructed and I found myself in quick need of a good tv at not a lot of price. At 900 bucks for a 4K set this is really a good value and I might even buy one more for my bedroom. These new smart tv's are basically like computers though and you do have to figure things out and adjust the picture setting until you find exactly the one you like.

It is a great t.v. the best I've owned, clear picture, nice color, I love it. Is recommend it to anyone looking for a nice t.v.

Wanted a quality TV at a reasonable price ($800). Did not need to spend the extra $$ for the newest and greatest -- or the hype. This TV filled the bill. Thought I would have preferred a 60", the extra money ($500 more) was not worth it -- and the 55" was sufficient for our needs. Unless you want to spend three times as much for QLED, this TV is as good as it gets. The packaging was phenomenal.. It made unpacking extremely easy. Set up was just as easy. Great picture right our of the box. Connecting input sources (Sat TV, DVD and computer) were seamless. I did a lot of research before driving 50 miles to buy this TV. I have not been disappointed.

No instruction book provided for TV. Remote has small, overly sensitive keys which were difficult to use in setting up connection to in-home Wi-Fi and Google account.

Love the picture quality and capabilities. Great for navigating the internet! The remote control is very well done. The sound is not great due to positioning of speakers on the tv. I had to purchase a sound bar. Seems to be a common issue. Sometimes it has to be turned off or unplugged and reset to reconnect to WiFi.
