Perfect picture and easy installation. Will probably just need a new sound bar

I really love this tv. The picture and colors are great. I still need to get the 4K cord but it still looks good. The only thing that I was surprised about is that the remote doesn't light up. I do like the Google and Netflix buttons though. The sound seems a bit muffled at times but I plan to add a sound board since there weren't enough ports for my old surround sound speakers.

Sony has quality products. The xbr900 is no different. Excellent interface. Great picture with excellent contrast and deep black with thw local dimming.

The color, resolution, clarity and sharpness in this TV is the closest thing to QLED without the cost. I think Sony TV’s are unsurpassed in terms of design, elegance and quality. They always seem to be a step ahead of the competition. This one replaced a ten year old Bravia that was not a smart TV or 4K but still continues to deliver very well and will continue to be used.

We love the picture quality. It's like stepping into the actual picture experience environment. Then we added the Sony sound bar and woofer. Oh my it makes one feel the experience rather than just watching it. We have never been disappointed in any of our Sony products but they are always on the advanced cutting edge for electronic performance. Great products.

Picture Quality Excellent, WiFi excellent, User Friendly

What an outstanding TV. We have owned a 40" SONY for 8+ years, still has outstanding picture. We only bought this one as we were replacing another brand, that cost 1/2 of the price of the SONY, but didn't even last 2 years. Figured we will see if this one will deliver a great picture as long as the first! (the first is still in service in the Man cave).

The color differentiations are amazing. Skin tones are true to life, foliage appears realistic without pretentiousness and blue skies are organically without shades of falsehoods. This is not even Sony’s most expensive 4K. This replaced a 42 inch Sony plasma tv that I bought in 2004 that finally succumbed to years of service. I expect similar longevity or better.

I purchased this Sony TV to replace my Sony 52" LCD TV that was given to me as a Christmas present from my wife in 2008. After 11 yrs. it was time to upgrade. After reviewing the many smart TV's on the market, I stuck with Sony, which I'm glad I did. The picture quality is amazing, set-up was easy and the features are great. I highly recommend this TV!

Easy to operate and the picture is great. Damen was very helpful.

We've had the new TV for about three weeks now and love the picture quality. I would have given the Sony a 5 star rating but I dinged Sony for doing what most all of the other TV manufactures are doing: Having lousy speakers built in to the TV. This makes buying a sound bar or other speaker arrangement necessary. I don't think this should be the 'norm' for manufacturers, especially those with excellent reputations otherwise like Sony and Samsung. I would still recommend this to a friend with the caveat that you will need to by a soundbar/woofer or other speakers to fully enjoy this Sony TV.
