    Television picture is excellent however item was purchased as open box excellent upon opening remote was not included. Description of open box excellent says includes all parts and accessories. Customer service chat directed me to contact store via email which I did and received no reply.

    Bought this tv on the promise of VRR/allm with all the other hdmi 2.1 features via update. Now Sony has stated that this TV will not get vrr/allm @ all. If I could take this tv back I would.

      Please note that this was an error, and the plan to support these features is unchanged from the previous communication wherein we state that the X900H will support VRR and ALLM via a future firmware update.     Very nice tv, no issues getting things set up. At first wished it was brighter, but after a week and messing with settings, it looks fantastic. Now just need to get a PS5 for it. Oh and Android playstore is very good and easy to sideload apks.
