    Nice picture but the sound varies from one station to another....also, the remote control for the TV does not light up. Disappointing! I should have stuck with the Samsung Tv we were going to buy!

    Went on a journey to buy a TV and this was the 2nd of 4 tvs that I went through. Bought it for PS5 and streaming movies/tv shows. First night I had it I was absolutely amazed with the colors and just now nice everything looked. Not even 24 hours and the TV developed a huge artifact line on the right side that would pop up green/pink boxes when watching different shows. Tried everything i could to fix it because I genuinely loved the TV from the android implementation to the picture quality and the actual gameplay. Had to return it when nothing else worked.

    Middle of the pack when it comes to 4K TVs. Has some bugs when attaching multiple sources to it (soundbars, receivers, amps, etc). Fairly decent value for the price. Picture is good not great.

    Great picture but something wrong sound when sound

    I love the TV but I've been having some serious issues with the sound. I have a sound bar hooked up though the ARC hdmi and every 3 days or so the sound will just shut off and ill have to unplug everything to power cycle through to make it work again. Today the TV just reset while using it after I lost sound again and then turned back on all by itself with the sound working. I have made sure to update the firmware so I'm not really sure what the issue is.

It's unfortunate that you encountered sound issues from the source device connected to the TV. Verify the connections and that the appropriate input is selected on the sound bar. Disconnect the cable from the soundbar and playback device and then reconnect the cable. Also, try running your playback device to your TV and then HDMI eARC/ARC to the sound bar and test again.     Had it a few days and the screen is great! Wish the settings had some more manual options but it is what it is. Does make things easier for non-tech people with the auto settings. All in all a great TV!

    This TV is perfect for PS5, amazing Visuals. The UI “check for update” section didn’t provide an update to make it 2.1, so I had to manually update via usb drive from files on the Sony.com/support section.

    My 3rd Sony Tv in my house right now. I would give 5 star but it has some bugs with the audio sometimes it will crash and stop working. I do have to restart it. Hopefully a software update is coming up. I still highly recommend this?

    Great 4k TV. At first I had some issues with it such as sound going in and out and screen flickering. But, ever since they rolled out an update for the TV, its been working flawlessly.

    Sony 55" X900H

    I was reluctant to buy another Sony product because my past experience has shown me they don't last. However this one was on sale and I was in a hurry, so shame on me. The picture quality is low and unacceptable unless you set it to vivid mode. The button location on the remote is poorly designed, and the Google Play and Netflix buttons are unnecessary as the home button does basically the same thing. It seems that Sony intended this model to be mounted on a wall because the legs it comes with are flimsy. One leg we were not able to install after 30 minutes of trying. We finally gave up and bought an after market stand.

Picture settings is more of a personal preference. The quality of the source is also a big factor in getting an excellent picture quality. You can also make a few adjustments in the settings to enhance the picture quality. We would like to clarify if the issue occurs on all of the sources or the built-in applications on the TV like Netflix or YouTube. For streaming, quality depends on the original video provided by the video content provider and your connection bandwidth. To enjoy watching Internet streaming videos, a network with a fast and stable line speed is necessary. In general, speeds that resemble the following are necessary:

      Streaming standard definition (SD) Internet video: 2.5 Mbps
      Streaming high definition (HD) Internet video: 10 Mbps
      Streaming Ultra HD (4K) Internet video: 25 Mbps

      If you are watching from an external output like a cable box or your blu-ray please make sure that you have enabled the Enhanced Format setting on the TV. When you watch 4K picture with High-Quality, use a Premium High Speed HDMI Cable(s) that supports speeds of 18 Gbps. For details on a Premium High Speed HDMI Cable(s) that supports 18 Gbps, please refer to the cable specifications.

    Love the Tv and everything I expected. The tv has a premium look and feel. The speakers are decent enough to where you can get away with them if you dont play your content really loud.

    Solid TV for PS5 and rivals my older OLED LG from 2017. The price was a reasonable even after the BF deals. Would recommend if you want 120 FPS for PS5 gaming and futureproofing.

    We have the 65” version of this TV. Last year’s model. My son liked it so much that he bought this one for his room. Has it set up with PS4 Pro. We don’t see him much anymore. ;-)

    In the morning sometimes the volume doesn't work. I haft to turn the tv off and then turn the tv back on. Also there is no user guide this would help older people if you would put a user guide in your products.
