    This tv is just amazing! The picture quality is top notch. The sound quality is better than any other 65" tv on the market. The android operating system works great.

    Previous to this purchase I had a 22 year Sony Trinatron 32". After excellent service from this Sony I wanted to stay with Sony. Had the first TV delivered (open box display) and the picture was wonderful but the sound had sound clip breaks. After diagnosing multiple inputs (power, surge protector, etc) I had to exchange it out for another open box display. This one did the same thing! I loved the speakers on the set eliminating the need for a sound bar. Nice clean look..j wished this TV wasn't a discontinued model. I finally had to exchange it again. This time went with a Samsung curve and a sound bar. No sound problem what so ever.

    This is our 3rd Sony we have bought from Best Buy. Each time we up-graded. Plus, the Geek Squad set up team was GREAT.

    My family loves the hand held microphone remote which types out whatever you say. The picture quality is superb. The side mounted speakers work well too.

    Although the picture on this particular set is excellent I have found a few issues with some lagging when watching some sports and especially certain movies like the new Star Wars blue ray sound quality will not be matched unless you have a sound bar or surround system but I had to return this set for some unpleasant visual experiences if you are going to make a purchase of this magnitude I suggest you shop around for a better set overall I had to give this set a 2

    The salesman knew his stuff. He sold me on buying the Sony with his technical knowledge of 4K tv's and that he had the same one in his home.

    The CPU is slow, the app interface is slow and drags , the Direct TV app is the worst, I have to unplug the TV to reset the app . You must have a LAN line directly to the TV for Direct TV app to work, you also need the latest Direct TV 4K set top box, which just sits there. There are not very many 4K programs to watch, all the apps cost money. Honestly i would not recommend this TV.
