Complicated technical glitches on panel refresh

It says to refresh the screen. Ok fine here is the problem though it will not let us refresh and the message never goes away! I’m not a super technical person but I know how to follow basic instructions and right now I feel like throwing the remote and television over the cliff. I will NEVER purchase a Television from SONY again. Tech support is worthless too! It should be easier than this. So that’s my review. I enjoyed the TV for the first year but now I’m really disappointed
