    I would have given this experience 5 stars if we didn't have to return the Bose Sound bar that we bought because we don't have Wifi (internet) at our house. the technician that installed it couldn't believe it was the reason it wouldn't hook up, but after calling Best Buy and talking to someone, they verified it as true!! so that made us have to wait a couple of extra days to get it all hooked up and working, but it works great now; just think there should have been something on the box that said Internet REQUIRED for installation!!

    Great TV, No real complaints yet to new, other than when hung at a angle above eye level sheen on screen looks dirty or wavy all the time. Probably the OLED design.
