    Absolute garbage. A blue vertical line appeared 18 months after it was purchased. The warranty is only good for 12 months. I am now stuck with a 65” TV with a great picture except for the unbelievably annoying vertical line that ruins every movie. Do NOT buy a SONY TV.

    I ended up returning this unit because it messed up with in a month. Permanent static at the bottom. This was such a hassle as this tv was very heavy to put up on the wall to just have to take it down and return. Went with the LG OLED and WOW. What a difference!!!!! You feel like you are in person with this technology. Bestbuy staff is a 5 star very professional

    Purchased this tv on Black Friday, although on sale, the tv was not cheap. The picture was decent until today. The tv had been on for no longer than 45 minutes then screen started flashing. Have tried multiple things to resolve this issue and nothing has helped. And nothing listed on troubleshooting.
