    This tv has turned out to be crap. Lags and is very slow to load up, has to be unplugged to reset all the time. Looking into warranty now.

    Honestly had issues with the tv in the beginning and it was the start of the pandemic. I was told i could exchange and the staff in the store were so rude about a tv i purchased 3 days ago.

    Bought a LG OLED 3 years ago. Screen burned in after just over two years. But the picture was fabulous on every Cable channel. Decided to go back to Sony. From the moment it was turned on you can tell the picture was not as sharp. The geek squad expert played with every setting. Then informed us it was our cable box was outdated. I exchanged that cable box for a new one. Still looks like crap. Cannot help you if you want to channel that has an older black-and-white Cannot help you if you want to channel that has an older black-and-white TV show. Completely out of focus will give you a screaming headache to watch it. The LG is a better TV, but be sure to buy the extended warranty.     After doing all of the recommended checks, the faded stripe is still there! The Best Buy chat person was extremely not helpful and gave me a number to call for warranty that immediately disconnected. After finding Sony support chat, I am not sure what the outcome will be.

    I am not very happy with the GEEK SQUAD I don't like the brackets recommended by best buy to hank the tv on the wall. There isn't much I could do about it now I guess I'm struck with the installation set-up just like I have been disappointed in the past

    I enjoyed the tv but the picture was very dark. No matter how I changed the picture settings it would always revert back to a dark picture. I ended up swapping it out for the LG C7 and I am way more impressed.

    Tv kept turning off itself. Every 10 minutes. Good picture quality. Too bad it was a bad tv.

    Bought this TV in November of 2019. The screen is now starting to give out. While watching, the screen will fade and lose color. I will be checking into the warranty for this TV because after the money I spent and after a short amount of time this TV should not be malfunctioning.

    Great TV. Amazing picture and great for gaming. However, the Salesman lied and said the TV had 120hz refresh rate. It doesn’t. Was a young guy and I’m sure he BS’d his way through the sale. As you can imagine it was too late to exchange it once I discovered it.

    This is my 2nd Sony. Has line going up and down. Luckily this one did it within one year time of purchase. Other one went on after 13 months. What happened to Sony? Used to be a good brand.

    Great color contrast, but it crashed everytime we opened netflix. A full reset did not fix the issue. Returned and got a Samsung q80 instead.

    Picked it up brought it home and it didn’t work. The first Sony tv I bought and the last one for sure. Samsung makes a much better tv
