the only issue I've had was when I frequently used YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, and other apps on the TV, the wifi network would disconnect and couldn't be turned back on. I would have to factory reset the TV to get the wifi to work again. As of 6 weeks ago, it hasn't happened again. Mightve been a software update but I don't recall doing it. Mightve been done while I wasn't at home. Extremely clear picture.

Love the picture as connected to cable. When trying to use an internet connection be sure to get instructions. There is no paper manual! Best Buy geek squad set the tv up and left. If I want them back for trading there is an additional cost. Went to a Best Buy store for Q and A from sales staff but he didn’t have a remote available to show me the features. I now have a great TV but only use cable.

The Sony A8G has an excellent picture, I give it 4 stars. However, the remote control is out of date. I also purchased the Samsung Q90 at the same time. The Q90 remote is excellent.

Great TV, contrast is far superior from the Samsung LEDs I've owned. Not as bright but didn't really need that in the room it's in. Casting is not as good as Samsung but dont really use that as much.

Nice screen size, good color, good price point. Easy to setup tv and settings to internet.

The picture is remarkable! The color is vibrant and the picture is crisp and clear!

Excellent Blacks and Contrast. Blacks on the Coyotes sweaters look almost unnatural.

Amazing oled display for hdr gaming. Colors are so vibrant and well worth the money.

I am transitioning from a 50” plasma and this TV is really great. As long as you are viewing at the right distance it is nearly identical (closer is slightly pixelated). Beautiful colors, deep blacks and decent sound without a sound bar! The only downside, and it is a small one, is when the room is filled with morning sun it is a bit harder to see than the plasma. All in all a great purchase.

Was looking into upgrading my television and wanted to obviously get into the 4K Market because of the quality of the movies that you could watch as well as live streaming. Spoke with my salesman, Jacob, about several the televisions and he helped me settle in on this Bravia 4K OLED 65 in Sony. Couldn't be happier, best television I've ever had. The colors are fantastic the detail is fantastic.

My 65” Sony tv works beautifully & the picture is excellent. I can now sit on my living room sofa & enjoy whatever I am watching. This is my second Sony TV. They always live up to their reputation. Lastly I bought both of them at Black Friday prices & this time I saved a thousand dollars which makes watching it even better! Thanks Best Buy for always having the best products at the best prices!

Upscaling 720p is some of best I’ve seen from a 4K tv. No complaints, has a perfect picture with accurate colors and tones. More realistic picture than bright leds , a little more flat and muted. When comparing this to my Sony z9d which can be blinding I like the oled picture better, those deeper richer colors is eye candy. Each tv has its place, you can’t go wrong here though.

This OLED screen by LG with Sony “insides” is fabulous! I am so pleased with the deeper black color. The bezel is very thin & the center legs are stable. Be careful with other brands that have the legs at each end - may not fit on your tv stand! The Geek squad did a flawless job of installation, making sure my sound bar, security camera, and DVD player all were integrated.

The colors are very clear and bright. After having a 32" set in the bedroom for 7 years--it now feels like we are watching a movie even when we are just watching "Law&Order" or "Jeopardy". The new 65" television is a pleasure to watch. I can even read Jeopardy questions or program information, I would definitely recommend a large screen TV to people who want to buy a new set,

After just 12 days the screen went blank, no picture, no sound. I purchased Total Care from best Buy at the time of TV purchase. So I called Total Care and was informed that they would come and take a look at the TV but there would be a charge. After some discussion, the Total Care Dept. told me I needed to contact Sony and they gave me the phone number to call. Thank goodness Sony Customer Service was far more concerned and advised a new TV would be shipped to me and they would remove the non-working TV. With in 2 or 3 days the new tv is on its way to me. I bought the Sony because My old TV was a Sony and had never given me a problem in any way. Sony TV's are noted for their quality and problem free dependability. I'll just have to wait and see how the new unit performs. At this point I'm more concerned about the money spent for Total Care And receive such unconcerned interest from the Total Care Rep.

Colors and sound outstanding. Easy to use controls. Very responsive.
