    This is a amazing OLED TV. Got 65 inch and it’s super thin but strong frame. Installing on the wall was super easy. One thing I don’t like is the sound is not that great for the price.

    Fix the Motion Blur

    Picture quality on this OLED tv was great. This plus was negated by the exceptionally poor handling of the "motion blur" inherit in these tv's. Fast action and sporting events were unpleasant to watch. There are several settings in the menu to address and supposedly correct the horrible "motion blur" but none helped, even after a professional technician gave it a try. I returned this TV as well as the LG OLED version of this tv. It is a shame that customers are restricted to only one technology on all tv products this day and age. With the lose of plasma tv's, the birth of poor tv broadcasts was born.

While we are glad you like the picture quality of this TV, we regret to know the TV was returned because of the motion blur issues that you've experience. If there's a pixelation or motion blur on the TV, this may be resolved by changing the Motionflow setting to off on the TV. If the issue still occurs, the video or program you're watching could be the issue. You may try using a different source such as a different app, Disc or cable box. This can help isolate the issue.

    Had an issue with my a9g so I decided to try this out since I had bought my tv during the extended holiday period so if I didn't like it I could easily exchange it back and after 1 week I went and returned it for the a9g dont get me wrong its a cool tv just not for me

    Don't buy if you are counting on the android syste

    Screen is really nice. The Android system that it uses is crap. It is nothing like my Samsung or Roku. It crashes and I have to pull the cord on the tv. I would get a Samsung 4k over this TV if I had to do it again.

    Sound Problems

    Like several other reviews, I have had multiple problems with the sound since it was installed by the Geek Squad about 3 months ago. Occasionally, when I turn on the set, there is no sound. Sometimes, by turning it off and on several times, the sound will start but too often, nothing works and I have to give up. When I turn on the set later, the sound works. I have had 5 or 6 calls to the Geek Squad and 3-4 home visits by technicians but the problem persists. While the Geek Squad technicians have been very courteous and have tried multiple solutions, the problem still occurs. Since it, of course, is working properly when the technicians are here, I have taken a couple of videos of the problem when it occurs so they know I'm not crazy. I have requested that Best Buy replace the TV with a new one but, thus far, they have resisted. The picture is beautiful but, without sound, the TV is useless. If it happens again (which I think it will), then I will take further action. I'm actually in the market for another TV but Sony is certainly not on my list if this TV is any indication of their quality.

    Quit working after only 8 weeks. Having to call Sony now for help. This should not have happened that quickly. Very disappointed that Best Buy won't handle the warranty work to help their customers.

    Wasn’t for me. I had LG OLED’s prior and this tv just wasn’t as bright. Ended up returning it and getting the LG CX.

    TV turns on by itself.

    I purchased this TV October of 2020. It started turning on by itself middle of last year. I changed a few settings and delt with it. Finally had enough and called Sony. They remote linked in and changed a few settings but the TV still has the same issue. Now the TV is out of warranty and I have to cover the cost of fixing this lemon.

    Broken Faith for Sony

    I just recently purchased this TV. Avoid it at all cost. The sound disappeared at one point but when we restarted the TV, it started again. Now, the whole picture is gone and the TV suddenly does not work. Called Sony and is still being debated whether they are exchanging its mother board or not. They say it is a common defect of this TV. I have always been a loyal Sony guy as far as TV is concern. But this model is a lemon. Avoid at all cost.
