Great, but glitchy without restarts

Excellent Visuals and Interface; however, ours requires a restart after being on for awhile in order to use some basic apps like youtube.

To help improve your experience, we recommend the following steps:
- Ensure your TV’s firmware and all installed apps are updated to the latest versions. - Try performing a full power cycle by unplugging the TV from the wall for 2 minutes and then plugging it back in. - If the issue persists, a factory reset can sometimes resolve stubborn app or system glitches. Please note that this will return the TV to its original settings, and you may need to sign in to your apps again. - Limit the number of connected HDMI devices to help rule out conflicts that can sometimes cause the TV to reboot or apps to freeze. - If your apps remain unresponsive after these steps, please reach out to Sony support. Your detailed feedback can help us improve future software updates and provide more targeted assistance.

Great picture and TV except it does not allow the Spectrum app, that should be noted at the time of sale
Thanks for the review and the comments towards your brand new BRAVIA TV. We are glad you have been able to appreciate the magnificent picture quality and the rest of the features the unit can deliver! Although, we understand how inconvenient it has been the fact that the Spectrum app is not available on the TV. Keep in mind that the app's availability and compatibility depends entirely on the developer and the devices they will provide support to, and Sony TVs are not included. It'd be a nice idea to let them know your thoughts also, so they can take a look into your request!

Not like what i expectation. The picture not as good as my old tv, and slow to change the channel. I dont know it is the tv problem or the remote problem

We want you to love your new TV, so we recommend switching your picture mode to Professional under the Display and Sound settings to get the most accurate colors. If the picture feels too dim, you might also try turning off the Light Sensor in the Eco settings. To speed up channel changes, try pressing the Enter or OK button immediately after typing a channel number to skip the wait time.
