The size of the TV gives her so much more to look at. The quality of the TV extremely clear picture, color just pops to life. Great purchase and especially for the price.

Unbelievable number of options remote provides, BUT like most remotes this uses batteries and does not have a normal ;recharging stand. WHY? A stand is perfect, like for a phone, and no requirement to use it, but you will now normally know where it is! Picture on tv is sharp, and as soon as I can I will hook my ear buds up, so I can set volume as I want

It was time for an up grade, this tv is way better than my old one. I always wanted a Sony, back in the day we used to have a Sony Trinitron.

The picture quality is excellent. I connected it to my JBL sound bar with sub woofer easily and i can control the sound through the TV.

We went to Best Buy for a different 65" TV. Expected an upsell but it was fine. The advice we got was spot on. This TV is great. We generally watch from 10' away but have dinner at the back of the room (30' away) and it's great from both spots. All we used to watch was TV shows. Now we're watching a lot of movies.

The person who helped us at the store really added to the research we had done online. We went with mini LED as it seemed the best for us. The set up was super easy and it definitely takes two people to be most safe. One thing not clear while ordering is that one cannot transport tv's this large lying flat in a vehicle. So you either need to take a vehicle to the store that is large enough to hold it vertically or you can have it delivered, which is what we did.

Transported flat in a vehicle is prone to vibrations that could potentially crack or damage the TV screen. I have never had an issue with Sony Electronics: Solid reliable performance. Picture quality is great. The only issue Sony has is the blacks can sometimes be pixelated when the screen is dark. However, Movies, Sports, action all display execellent

To improve the pixelation in dark scenes, we recommend adjusting the Random noise reduction and Digital noise reduction settings to "Low" or "Auto" in the Picture menu. This should help smooth out those dark areas for an even better viewing experience.
