Great TV. Best Buy customer service horrible!

There was no remote in the box and any attempt to remedy this with Best Buy was horrible. There is absolutely no way to contact the store. I was forced to purchase a remote at my cost to use my new tv.

Great quality for a decen price

Thanks for the review and the comments towards your brand new BRAVIA TV. We are glad you have been able to appreciate the magnificent picture quality and the rest of the features the unit can deliver! Although, we understand how inconvenient it has been the fact that the Spectrum app is not available on the TV. Keep in mind that the app's availability and compatibility depends entirely on the developer and the devices they will provide support to, and Sony TVs are not included. It'd be a nice idea to let them know your thoughts also, so they can take a look into your request!

Decent quality for the cost

This fit the bill. We had to tinker with the brightness and black level settings a bit, as there was some flashing, but overall this tv provides decent quality for the cost.

Very satisfy

Due to my wall and mount issue they not able to install that the first time and they reschedule for me. Told me what kind of amount to get and then after I get the right one they came back again.

Don’t buy

Apps are glitchy and need forced shut and reopening to work. Not good signs and similar to my last Bravia that only lasted 4 years before backlights burned out and tv rendered inoperable . I’m thinking this is the end of our buying Sony products.But hey while it’s working the picture is pretty good.
