      We designed the BRAVIA 3 to have an incredible picture with features like dynamic contrast and vivid colors.

      For those times when the sun hits the screen, you might want to adjust the brightness and contrast settings in the picture menu. You can also try tilting the screen slightly.

    Decent quality for the cost

    Our tv stopped working unexpectedly, so we were quickly in the market and not looking to spend an excessive amount. This fit the bill. We had to tinker with the brightness and black level settings a bit, as there was some flashing, but overall this tv provides decent quality for the cost.

    Love the new TV, very professional installation. Due to my wall and mount issue they not able to install that the first time and they reschedule for me. Told me what kind of amount to get and then after I get the right one they came back again.

    Has frozen a few times already and had to be unplugged and plugged back in to get it to turn off and come back on. Apps are glitchy and need forced shut and reopening to work. Not good signs and similar to my last Bravia that only lasted 4 years before backlights burned out and tv rendered inoperable . I’m thinking this is the end of our buying Sony products.But hey while it’s working the picture is pretty good.

    We went into Best Buy to look at a new television. It was a great experience. We had a lot of knowledgeable people that helped us to make a decision. There are so many different ones!! We ended up with a great tv and are very happy with our purchase.

    it's ok but not great, easy to setup & stands are good if you choose to use....the picture quality is OK but seems grainy & we liked our old TV better. Sound is not great so need a sound bar of good quality.

    Overall this is good TV. I had a Sony Bravia 55" TV for about 15 years and that is why I chose same TV again. I wish sound is better.

    Color is great, size is perfect. Sound is alright but we use our sound bar anyway. What is the most disappointing is sometimes it won't turn on and we have to unplug the cord to "soft" restart. I've already did all the updates and setting back to factory and then having to reload all my apps. It worked for a bit but now it's like once a week. Also the sound randomly stops working I have to manually switch to TV speakers then back to sound bar for it to come back on. Very disappointed Best Buy told me to call Sony because it's under warranty even tho I purchased their warranty. I'm just exhausted with this TV and don't have time to return an entire TV and pay for shipping. Don't bother with this one, go with any other brand.

    I did not find instruction manual so I had difficulties in finding out how to set up personal preferences and options available on the tv. Finally figured it out by trial and error.
