My first OLED and a perfect TV paired with a PS5Pro. Great image quality in both games and movies.

Overall we are really enjoying this TV. The pictures are of high-quality and looks very natural, not overly bright. The sound quality is good, and the adjustment one can make to improve understanding of spoken. Language is very much appreciated. We find it easier, for example also to listen to foreign dialects and language languages. We have had the TV occasionally go blank, and have to be rebooted. All it took was unplugging it and plugging it back in; however, I am a bit concerned that this indicates a bigger problem down the road. So I plan to invest in the multi year warranty program.

Outstanding picture quality with deep blacks, vibrant colors, and excellent contrast. Motion handling is smooth, making it great for movies, sports, and gaming. The Google TV interface is fast and easy to navigate, and the overall design looks sleek and premium. Setup was simple and the viewing experience is impressive from every angle.

Sony’s image processing is the best in the market. The color calibration out of the box is excellent, no need for extra calibration. Blacks are deep, color are vibrant but not over saturated. Bright enough for moderately lit room. It’s speakers are also good.

Sony oled picture quality is unmatched! My current setup is a 65" bravia 8, a ps5 pro for games, a panasonic ub820 4k blu ray player and a 5.1 surround sound system. After some pretty quick and painless setup, I can say I'm incredibly happy with the result. The bravia 8 gets brighter than previous Sony oled panels, includes significantly more gaming features but also demands a hefty price. If you're looking for the utmost quality, though, you absolutely can't go wrong with the bravia 8.

Easily the best TV I have ever seen. Was in awe at the store, and have stayed in awe at home watching fresh 4K HDR content. Previously had a Visio P Series with 1000~ local dimming zones, and it does not hold a candle to the incredible colors and blacks this TV produces. OLED is the way .

Excellent colors and contrast! Blacks are black and look great even in a well light room. I would rate it 5-stars if the remote was backlit.

I had a Panasonic Plasma 48 “ smart tv. Over 10 years. Always pleased with it. New apartment and time to upgrade. Purchased this model several weeks ago from a Best Buy store. I am more than pleased. Brilliant OLED picture. The price was higher than the LG series. I made the correct decision by paying the Sony Bravia 8 65 “. This model receives a strong buy recommendation.

It is a nice tv with good picture. This is my first OLED but so far no complaints.

I titled this as a not so smart TV. I’m not sure if it is a lack of communication between my cable set top box and the Google TV OS or just the TV itself. When I first received the TV and got it connected, for some reason it took over a week for my TV to recognize the cable network’s programming. I was limited to using my 4K BD player to watch shows or movies. After that period, it finally recognized I was on a cable network. Now that it finally recognizes the cable programming, I’m having a problem with the TV instantly turning on the cable network. When I turn it on the set top’s remote, the TV goes to the Google TV homepage and I need to use the TV’s original remote to select the HDMI port to turn on the programming. The clarity of the picture is pretty amazing even with the standard set top box and not the 4K set top box. The cable provider was out of stock of 4K set tops. I was a little disappointed in the default color setting with the skin tones at times because there was a touch too much magenta. This was intermittent and not apparent all the time. I have noticed some stuttering of fast motion images in some instances. This is also intermittent and not apparent consistently. It was obvious in watching “The Kingsman” on my 4K BD player when they had the skydiving scene but not in the rest of the movie. It also happened when watching a PBS British mystery program when the characters were running. It was very brief but noticeable. The default sound from the TV’s speakers are incredible for coming from a TV. The sounds are clear and has amazing bass for TV speakers. Hearing speech volume is no problem and even with loud background music, explosions, etc., speech is pretty much crystal clear. I listened to many different TV’s in the showroom and Bravia 8 had the best sound by far as compared to LG and Samsung equivalents. One problem that occurs occasionally is that the TV seems to arbitrarily switch from my sound bar to the TV’s speakers. I have read online reviews that state this is on of the few TV’s that you can play the TV’s speakers simultaneously with the sound bar. I have not figured out how to do this. My last issue is the lack of a real user manual with the TV. The manual that came with was pretty useless. It just had installation and how to clean the screen instructions. I needed to go to YouTube to find instructions on how to connect the Bluetooth to my earbuds.

I am very satisfied with the choice of my Tv. We setup it up and was easy to operate. The quality of the picture and sound is great. The delivery was when I wanted it and on time. Would buy more products from Best Buy. The salesman was very helpful on helping me decide the product I choose.

Love this TV. The color is incredible, I find it plenty bright, and the controls and menus are fast. In a dark room, a space movie like Alien looks unreal! Animated movies like Ghibli look like eye candy. It's easy to quickly adjust settings and presets with the quick-settings that pop up on the bottom of the screen. Build quality is premium with a glassy screen. Very easy to move with 2 people (don't try on your own!) and the easy-to-access the ports on the left side. The tv stand is perfect because you can adjust it to be wide or narrow to fit any TV stand, and also prevents any sort of wobble (good for cats). Sound is the best built-in sound I've ever heard on a TV, so if you aren't an audiophile and don't plan to set up a huge sound system, it's wonderful. I used to only use Samsung TVs (10-15 years ago) but I'm sure anyone with a Samsung can relate that they're frustratingly slow and laggy. I got rid of both my Samsung TVs after getting this, because it's so much faster, clearer, and more colorful that I can't use them anymore. Only minor complaints about the TV are that initial setup was annoying (especially with Google), and at first it was having some bug with freezing occasionally, however I think a software update from a few months ago fixed it as it hasn't done this in months. So happy with it that I moved it to the bedroom and am getting a 77 inch for the living room!

I really like the TV picture quality. We actually bought the 77" but returned it, because it was too big for our space/room. Best Buy manager was helpful with the return. The 65" is perfect for us. I have never been much into football, but this TV make it looks so vivid that I actual watched a few games. I am looking forward to the Winter Olympics. We have always had good luck with SONY.

Originally purchased A80L - 65". I found it to be a bit too dark and immediately new this was not a keeper. Next day went to Best Buy in Mt. Laurel, NJ. to return/purchase next model up which is the Bravia 8. Absolutely love the 8! Picture is great, crystal clear with plenty of detail and most of all bright without having to max out brightness. Equally delighted with the service at this store. I have not received such fantastic and prompt service like this in over 20 years from any establishment. I was dreading going to the store for the return/upgrade but, the first two young men a ran into teamed up and one proceeded to process return while the other individual went and got the tv. I was in/out of store in less than 5 min. Turns out the first Bravia 8 was DOA just a black screen would not turn on. I was annoyed to put it nicely but returned to store several hours later to now exchange this defective unit and a completely different staff again provided me with exemplary service, and I suddenly did not feel to frustrated. Again, exchange was made promptly, and I was in/out of the store in less than 5 min. Whomever manages this store is doing a fine job. And the employees deserve a company sponsored picnic or tickets to a game for performing outstanding customer service. Almost forgot to mention the team at Best Buy also removed tv from my vehicle and loaded exchange/replacement on all three visits

I originally bought the S90 Samsung 65" but after getting it home and set up I had dark sports floating around when it was on for a hour or more. When the spots weren't there I start to notice that the reds were set way to high and the picture looked fake. I retutitnto best buy and started talking to one of the blue shirts about it. He took me over to the Samsung and LG booths to see the differences. Then asked me if I had considered Sony, which I hadn't. All the reviews say Samsung or LG with Sony a distant 3rd. Once I saw the Sony Bravia 8 picture I was in love. It was by far the most natural picture out of the three. So, I paid the difference and brought it home. I've had it for the last month give or take a few days and I absolutely love the natural hues and lifelike picture. I am so glad my Samsung had a bad panel. Thank you to BB for their generous return policy and Sony for the amazing panel they delivered. Another thing I almost forgot about the Sony is that it is a sturdy frame, the S90 felt like I was going to break it every time I adjusted the horizontal or vertical axis. The Sony doesn't feel like it's twisting or anything. It an almost perfect piece of technology.

This OLED TV delivers impressive picture quality. Colors look vibrant and accurate, black levels are deep and inky, and the TV handles motion smoothly for sports or action scenes (used for super bowl). While it can be pricier than some competitors, its overall image fidelity justifies the premium for many serious home theater enthusiasts.

Excellent picture, clear, sharp contrast. Can be seen from any angle in the room. Great sound with speakers in the screen itself. The remote is easy to use however it does not light up making it difficult to see in the evening after dark.
