    Not nearly the quality of the Qled. Not user friendly. Wi Fi keeps buffering. I had a Samsung and I feel it was 50% better TV and so much easier to set up than this Sony. I used to be a Sony fan but this TV has dashed that opinion.

    Stopped working after 11 months

    After 11 months, TV stopped working. 3 blinking red lights is all it does. I didn't notice a better picture from LED and oled is a darker picture. Sony support is horrible. After 2 days, they say they have a repair company and parts are sent. Then the next day they emaied saying they are looking for a service company and parts will be sent when they locate one. It'll be a least a week before it's repaired.

    I don’t know if it’s the TV or a problem with our reception but we get ghosts on the screen.Other that not a problem. Even though we purchased the TV on January 27, 2025, we didn’t receive our TV until February 5, 2025 and since we purchased a 5 year extended warranty it should go into effect as of that day.

At Sony we prioritize our customer's experience therefore we would like to recommend some steps to find out what it is causing the ghosts on the screen and solve it. 1 - Try verifying if the issue is happening in all sources for example HDMI inputs and apps. 2 - Try resetting your picture settings by going to settings > display and sound> picture > reset picture settings. 3 - Go to picture settings and select random noise reduction, set it to Low or Off. 4- Perform a panel refresh on the TV, go to settings > display and sound > expert panel settings > panel refresh.
