Horrible TV

I wanted to upgrade to the 65" OLED tv from the LED. TV was delivered and installed without any issues; it was during set up. Turned the TV on to set up and there were black lines across the entire screen, from top of the screen to the bottom. I had the TV returned and was refunded. After reading more about OLED I found a lot of these TV's have this issue. That's disappointing considering the cost of it. I will stick with LED.

We'd love to troubleshoot the issue that you are having and make this a better viewing experience for you. In the meantime, please try and check from other sources if the issue occurs on different inputs, channels, or built-in applications such as Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime. You can also change the picture brightness of the TV using the TV remote.
Press the (Gear or wrench icon) button on the remote control, then select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — [Picture] — Brightness. We also recommend turning off the Light sensor and Ambient light sensor.

Done with Best Buy

It was delivered 6/3 and our electrician installed it 6/22 and we discovered it is too small for the space. No problem right? Wrong! Somewhere along the line Best Buy changed their return policy to 15 days so it is not returnable or exchangeable! We just want to spend more money and get a larger tv. Crazy huh! Spoke with customer service, emailed CEO and even Tweeted, no response! Done with Best Buy!

Worst TV in 20 years

It's so bad Best Buy should personally come and take it from my house. Picture quality is awful. It sits 6 inches from the router and it's the worst picture I've ever seen. I could run a cat cable to it but I shouldn't have to. The ARC compatibility is awful. I have to restart my receiver and TV a combination of times to get it to work. My Samsung had zero problems. I will never ever ever purchase a Sony ever again. DO NOT BUY

Not impressed at all

What a disappointment. Tried my best to like this TV and I just cant. The picture quality is terrible and blurry. It doesn't seem like it's 120hrtz at all. The motion rate is terrible. Doesn't pop at all. I feel like I downgraded. Way too dark. I bought it for the Playstation settings and that was also disappointing. All 4 of them and 3 i'll never use. I compared it to my Samsung UHD 900 series and my Samsung was way better. How??? I'll be returning this junk and getting literally anything else.

Sound is terrible.

Had it for about a month and I cant stand the sound. Never felt the need for a sound bar until now hoping to correct the issue.

Not buying another Sony

The picture quality is decent, but the sound quality is a major letdown. The audio is weak and lacks depth, making it hard to enjoy movies or music. I had to invest in external speakers to make the viewing experience somewhat bearable. Overall, I expected more from a Sony product, and I'm quite underwhelmed by the sound performance.

I will be buying the Samsung 65 like I wanted, can’t return this junk as I’m 3 days over, just a joke, NOT HAPPY! My kid will be getting a free 65” Sony. I won’t be back.

Better options for price point

For the price, the picture quality is not AMAZING. A also own a Samsung TV that is in the same price range, and it much much better. The picture does not seem bright enough, and when we change the settings to vivid, it is WAY too bright. There are no betweens.

The quality of the source is a big factor in getting an excellent picture quality. Having said that, picture mode settings provide preset adjustments for the type of picture you are viewing. Picture settings also allow a wide array of changes to color, contrast, clarity, and brightness that can improve the viewed content on your Google TV. The picture quality may improve if you change it in [Picture] under [Settings].
