Terrible treatment by management

The sales staff is very helpful. However, the management staff had major issues. I spoke with a man about returning my TV and he became very belligerent very quickly with me. I was not angry with him at all. He had no reason to talk to me that way. His coworker at first would not allow me to return the TV either and then he relented it, and I returned the TV and bought another one. I don’t know the manager’s name, but he worked at the Chattanooga store if someone called me I could give them a description of this man, but he was very very hateful to me and I probably will not buy another TV there. In fact, I went to electronics express and bought my TV and I’m very satisfied. It’s ridiculous how I was treated at this store by the manager.
