Great picture quality. Set up was fairly simple and the remote is very self explanatory.

Very satisfied with my purchase. I was struggling a little bit at the beginning to calibrate the settings to my liking, but after searching online, i was able to set it. And boy, you won't regret. Pictures are crisp. I don't really use the hdr much because not needed them. Streaming movies from netflix and amazon prime, just cannot get enough of it. On my previous tv, connection always drop, but not with this one. One thing i wish they do is to have a timer button on the remote, so easy for me to set it to turn off when i wanna sleep. Overall, very satisfied with this tv.

I have had the XBR 65x850C for a year now and absolutely love it. This reviewed purchase was the one I finally talked my Aunt into and she has been raving about it for a month now. If she had known what HD TV was like she would have purchased it earlier. The out of box colors are really good, and I used a calibration DVD I purchased a few years back to fine tune contrast and brightness. It did not take too much though, the TV's are set well and the regular options in the Home Menu for Display work quite well for most people. The TV excels in low light and is still very watchable in mid-day watching unless the sun is coming directly into the window, but it can adjust for that surprisingly well. Overall, unless you can afford OLED, then in my opinion this Sony is the best TV for the money. Not cheap, but not too far off comparable Samsung and LG, well within $50-$200 if found on sale and with better features.

I am more than satisfied with this TV. Ten years ago I was wow'd by the resolution of a HDTV and figured that was good as it got and along comes UHD/4K... even upscaled HDTV looks wonderful on this TV. Watch one of the 4K/HDR offerings on Netflix to really take in how beautiful this TV's picture is. I thought the price on this TV was fair, and even better since it was on sale, but $1,500 is still a relatively expensive item so I was a little upset that after I purchased this TV a Sony Rep at my local Best Buy told me I should return this TV and buy another model ($500 more) because this TV was "garbage" compared to the more expensive. Maybe my eyesight is failing me, because I would say the picture on this TV is phenomenal and if it is "garbage" then I'm cool with "garbage". I'm really happy with my purchase... aside from the fact this rather big TV looks like a postage stamp in the local Best Buy sitting above a 75" Sony.

Great 4K Picture, no blurr while watching sports..

Lightening recently struck my home and blew up my beautiful 60" Sony. Thank goodness I had the 5-year Geek Squad protection. They replaced my TV within a week! Back at the store I got to select a new TV from any brand using the full cost of my original TV. Not only did I upgrade to a 65", it was on sale for the price of my original TV!! Love Sony and my new "home theater"! The 65" screen is awesome!!!

Picture is very clear and crisp. I like that it has all these app choices. It works much better than the smart tv I had before. This is because it connects seeminglessly with my WiFi. I am veg happy with my purchase. Price could have been a little better though.

I've been pleased with everything about this TV. The picture quality is great, setup was very straightforward, and it connected to my sound system without any problems. This has all the features I want and more than I need and it's very impressive at a good price.

Very happy with my purchase of this Sony 850E. Works great in my bonus room. Easy to set up and install on the wall. Great picture if watching directly in front but the picture quality fades fast if you get off center too much. However this is very common with these types of panels and I was aware of this when I bought this unit. Very nice for the price and I have not regretted this purchase.

The 850E provides an excellent picture in 4K and 1080. As you might expect, standard def display is acceptable, but low quality, when spread over this screen size. The google assistant is what you’re already accustomed to if you own a google home or use google assistant on your phone. The functionality doesn’t quite live up to what I’d like. If I’m on the home screen and tell it to play “Luther” on Netflix, it will take me to Netflix but I have to find and start the show myself. I’ll probably keep doing things the old fashioned way. If a person does a google search on a phone or computer about using voice home control devices, they seem to require a lot of effort and problem solving to keep them going. (Recently been having issues with my wall plugs for lamps). Back to the tv itself, I am extremely pleased with the Sony tv and the geek squad installation.

This 65" Sony 4K TV is incredible - it's so crystal clear and vivid it's unbelievable. I literally didn't believe the reviews and ratings - I thought they must be fake or oversold by starry-eyed fans. I absolutely love this TV!!! So glad I chose the Sony. I read so many reviews, and I was concerned about a lot of the issues others have had, but decided to go ahead and try this - it's the 4th Sony TV I've had - my last one, rear-projection, was about 10 years old. I'm the type who buys and keeps a long time, until they die, so was hoping I'd be thrilled, and I AM! Zero problems with the TV, setup was instant and simple - no issues. Delivery guys were awesome - polite, very concerned about being careful and really concerned I knew how to uncrate and setup - 11 out of 10 stars for them. And they hauled away my old one- what a deal! So glad I went with Best Buy for this.

Wanted a 4K tv with High Dynamic Range and was not disappointed with the price or the quality. Picture is a little too intense out of the box, but played around with settings and the picture is great. 65" is just right in our medium-sized living room.
