The layout of the help items is uncoordinated and illogical. I is somewhat difficult at times to try to use the different functions and to what function they are related too. I have not had this problem with other smart TV's I own including other Sonys, but this thing leaves a lot to be desired.

For the price great TV. Only complaint is that when changing channels it randomly goes back to channel 1-1

I had a 55 inch Sony Bravia 2010 model. I finally upgraded to a 65 inch 4K ultra HDR and I love it.

The tv is outstanding picture quality amazing. Was a little complicated to tune tv but great now.

Sure, we spent a little more on this Sony TV at the time we bought it, but no regrets at all. It's a frickin' Sony, WITH ANDROID TV. Nuff' said. It works great, has worked great, and expected to work great later. It's Sony, not that cheap cheap stuff. The good stuff!

Good picture quality at an affordable price. Wish the stand was a little sturdier for a 65 inch TV.

Easy to set up and program. Mounting on wall matched my older Sony TV bracket so no problems mounting.

Everything is great for this tv . Only reason it gets a 4 instead of 5 . Some reason if our PlayStation 4 is in any other HDMI beside 1 it forces the tv to shut off with red light . After a little research I found out there is an enhanceenhanced 4k feature on HDMI 2 and 3 that the PlayStation triggers and causes an error. And the tv shuts off as a protection. Wish some one told me first but as I found a fix its no problem now

I’ve had the tv for over a year now. The network sometimes drops and I have to reconnect and enter the WiFi password over again...don’t know why it suddenly doesn’t automatically save the password and automatically reconnect. Will likely take it in and get it looked at...

It’s nice and has good sound I don’t know how to adjust it for a good picture like in the store

Tv has outstanding picture quality. Size we picked is just perfect for our new home.!! Love it

I purchased this tv to mount in our conference room at the office for presentations and so far it works great. My main reason for choosing this model was because it has Chromecast built-in so I can mirror a computer onto the television wirelessly. However there is a delay from the computer to the tv which can be a little disorienting. Fortunately plugging in with an HDMI cable has no delay so I just use that connection instead.

This TV has a great picture!! The only thing that could be improved is the sound quality.

Love the picture clarity of this TV. Returned another brand TV because picture was not real clear and coloring was off. We were able to get this TV for the same price. As soon as it was turned on, we noticed the difference in clarity and quality. Colors were true and sharp. Recommend this TV!

Bought this device on sale as last years model, so at $1,100 price I am very happy overall. But buyers should know the native apps are slow, glitchy and crashy. MLBTV app is unwatchable, for example. It crashes and freezes constantly. Buy a firestick or appletv as a backup. Picture is sweet. Sound is mushy like all TVs these days.
