Very good picture. Light weight. Great options for sound.

Tech validated my claims, agreed it was broken, told it was a hardware issue. I was them horrified to be told there was nothing he could do. That his company did not respect his word, or accept video. That the only criteria he could submit with results would be a camera phone picture. As this is an issue that only looks as severe as it is motion, we could not capture one DRASTIC enough. I was told maybe try Sony? Im currently waiting for sony to get back to me, ive sent photographs that more than demonstrate a serious malfunction. I am extremely disappointed in this product and all service connected with it.

My whole life I’ve gone with Sony for TVs so I might not be as fair to other brands. I got it on sale the day before the super bowl. Conveniently enough my old set started acting up 2 weeks prior. I love it and couldn’t be happier.

Great TV but I recommend a sound bar to enhance the sound. I also suggest the Sony sound bar as it integrates with the TV very well. Also go with the next one up as it better fills the room.

Honestly didn't even turn on the TV as it just wasn't big enough for what I was looking for....returned it and got the 75 inch, same make and model....just larger screen. Sony 850 class is very well priced for what you get compared to the Samsung that is a few hundred higher.

The tv picture it's great. Nice buy if u have the extra money.

I was at a toss up between this tv and a Samsung (Samsung usually has more aesthetically pleasing TVs), but this was a good buy. I was sold on the android tv built in. For $20 I bought a remote and can play android games on it.

I am very happy with the purchase already 3 months with this tv. great image quality, my concern before buying it was in regards to the app/smart features were getting poor reviews but these have work perfect with no issues

Bought this for use in an outside covered area. Works great. Can get a bit washed out when it's really sunny, but the alternative would be OLED at three (or more) times the cost. Considering the price, this is a great item.

Easy setup with Wi-Fi and other components. Great picture.

I wish they included a better remote for such an expensive tv. This remote isn't very ergonomic. The buttons aren't very comfortable to press and you have to point the remote straight at the bottom of the tv every time.

The first TV I got had a problem that Geek Squad referred to as burning. Basically anything that should have been black was gray. This started 2 days after I had the TV. Return process was simple and they brought me a new TV a few days later (they would have brought it sooner but I wasn't able to meet them). Overall I'm happy with it.

Bought cheaper TV and manager allowed me to return and upgrade to this model. Discounted the floor sample and made it an easy selection and procedure! Thanks Mark! I’ll continue to keep buying my appliances at Best Buy

Good tv but the 900E. Better. I recommend series 900E.
