Not Worth the Price Tag

Everything had been working fine until earlier this week a couple of the buttons on my remote stopped working ("Help", "Input", and "Settings"). I called support and after following their steps, my TV stopped working all together. Whenever the TV is plugged in, the TV Turns on for 15 seconds, then Turns Off. While on, I see 4 colored circles that make it look like something is happening, but then the TV turns off. I spent 2.5 hours speaking with someone at Support and every thing they told me to do made the TV worse. I normally spend $400-$600 on TVs, but decided I was going to treat myself. Now I get to wait for Sony to send someone to my apartment to take apart my TV and put in a new part. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS TV.
