    Excellent tv picture. Google programs are slow and glitchy however. Moreover, There is a discolored portion of the screen in certain brightnesses that im im the process of finding out if its a defect.

    Paid 1200 for this piece of crap. it freezes , shuts off, its the worst brand of TV ive ever owned

    After only two months my screen has very thin black lines running horizontally from top to bottom. What a terrible product!!!

    Very disappointed in this product! Barely two years since I purchased this TV. Digital main board went out. Sony won't back its product.

    Good TV but Sony is really getting slack. Sound is no good ,no kind of timers to turn tv on and off. Would have been better off getting Samsung or Vizio just paying for the name on this one.

    Bought tv in sept, exchanged it in Oct because of a vertical green line on the screen. Then it started ringing in feb. when you changed channels, that is fixed now too. Just a hassel.

    Bought the tv because of the price. Really struggles with with darker scenes. If I would have known might have gone with the next generation for picture quality.

    I thought the refresh rate would be better.When watching sporting events the screen becomes a little blurry when the camera moves quickly across the ice or field.

    We are on first name basis with our geek squad techs from Sony TVs. We had a smaller version of this tv and had nothing but problems within the 1st 6 mo. So we took it back and were talked into another Sony, again not even a year later problem after problem. It is slow and has problems loading its apps, getting green lines, randomly turns on or off, color will randomly be very off. Sticking with Samsung or LG from now on.

    I bought this TV from the BBuy’s Sony’s rep and he assured me a extraordinary Product however I’ve only had the TV for 30 days and already had to call Geek Squad 3 times for issues with the TV. I don’t recommend this TV. Oh and BTW I purchased Apple TV 4K and top of the line expensive cables to ensure I didn’t encounter issues. And the saddest thing is BBuy only gives you a 15 days to return the TV and 30 days if you had spent over $2K.

    Picture is ok, disappointing black levels though, especially watching 4K content. Had a rainbow colored bar going the entire width of the screen after one year, then it went away after a couple weeks. Then after year two the tv won’t turn on at all. Had to buy another tv and went with an oled, which is sooo much better. Well worth the extra money.

    One of the worst purchases I’ve ever made! I Purchased the 65 inch Sony TV as well as a 60 inch Sony TV on the very same day. I was hoping that chain and cable companies will improve my picture only to find out that the cable companies were not the issue. The pictures on these TVs or worse than entry-level insignia TVs that I’ve owned in the past. I install home theater equipment for a living and somehow convince myself that because Sony was a major brand that correlated to a better picture. As time has passed that belief has become very embarrassing and annoying to me. Within a short period of time I plan on selling both of my TVs which are just over a year old to purchase a different brand with a lot better picture. I’ll never make this mistake again.

    this is my second Sony Bravia. i first bought a 55 then a year or so later, this one , a 65. within the last 2 months, both have quit. supposedly to overheating issues but the temp here never gets over 75 or 76. gotta buy 2, living room and master. guess ill try samsung or lg

    bought it to replace a 15 year old Sharp LCD. Actually the Sharp isn't that far off in terms of quiality, disapointing. Remote stopped working after 2 weeks. TV is useless without remote. TV only has on/off button, very very disapointing. Returning this TV for a refund today.
